She could've faked her identity. Remember Stella's passport doesn't have a photo, so if she travels everywhere with that passport then Jun Ik would've found her easily. And suing Mun Ju could've been a bluff to make her back out from the election, because Mun Ju won't be a threat, if she's not popular. Also, even if she actually sue her, everyone'll only see her as Kang Han Na, no one would know the real her, and even they find her later, it won't be of use because the war has already started.

Yeah, it feels like they are purposely not telling us exactly what happened to the child. Just telling us just enough to make us believe the child died before birth, so that they can catch us off guard later with a twist. If Jang Jun Ik really loved Seo Mun Ju, then why would he have an affair? But then why would he leave all his assets to her, leaving his child with nothing. May be Kang Han Na is not the kid's mother. May be she is just his guardian. May be Jang Jun Ik raised the kid without Seo Mun Ju's knowledge because his life was at risk? Or may be I am just overthinking over Nothing.
I think Kang Han na (Won Ji An's character) is Stella Young. Reasons: 1. She was introduced just before the Stella Young reveal (suspicious). 2. Stella's said to have purchased ammunitions and engineers for building the submarine from around Europe(Sweden, Poland, Switzerland). Kang Han Na's kid mentions he went to Sweden when he was six, and other places. 3. That whole kid's mention about travelling scene felt kinda random unless it is a deliberately placed clue. He mentions he went there in 2022, the whole Stella Young's purchase around the Europe happened around 2020 - 2022. Connects well. 4. This whole Jang Jun Ik being the spy could be a misunderstanding because she's the spy who did things from behind without him knowing and she had him killed once he found out. 5. Jang Jun Ik deliberately held the cross (the necklace) when he was dying, which now we know was made by Kang Han Na. He was trying to give the clue. 6. Also, he said "Our peaches" before his death. For Seo Mun Ju, peaches could refer to their child because she mentions about eating only peaches during the pregnancy thing (which again feels kinda random info for the scene unless it's a clue). So, the whole child aspect could still point to Kang Han Na (may be that kid is not her's. He could actually be Seo Mun Ju's. It is still not revealed what happened to her child).
