I haven't watched the subbed so i'm so confused about the whole transplant thing. But here's my theory.
Now Bareum had prefrontal surgery. From what I read, the prefrontal controls behavior, personality expression, decision making, and moderating social behaviour, not memory. So bareum's memory is still his own. He was the original cross killer. Now he has better decision making, better articulation and most of all - empathy. & psychopath genes. & he's losing control. The story might follow bareum trying to find the true cross killer ( as we saw from the preview he doesn't believe yohan to be one) & end up finding himself in the end?
