Wipe his neck clean = get prepared to be killed = hsj is going to kill gmc very soon.' it could be wrong though, as it's not very clear

I think he will have a part to play in the coming episodes - (maybe recognising the real serial killer? ). It was way too easy to kill him but the writer didn't.
