I have to say that I'm really enjoying this drama the first 2eps were great! Can't wait for next week! Algo, is anyone ele getting Erased vibes? I'm loving it cause it's one of my favorite animes.
Just nitpicking! I know it's not damaging to the overall story but humor me, Will you?
So, In these universe the drama Run On exists just like in real life. We even see Joo Hee watching it a couple of times at the beginning of the show and later on the main actor of Run On IM Si Wan makes a cameo as himself. So, how is it possible that the second male lead of the same drama Kang Tae Oh also makes a cameo appearance in Thirty-Nine but not as himself? It doesn't make any sense!
When Joo Hee saw him the logical thing would have been for her to recognize him as the actor who was in the drama she just watched! Not as just another random person who happens to be her boss/love interest's writer friend. My suspension of disbelief doesn't reach that far, and this just shattered my immersion.
Come on writers, It's called verisimilitude. Get it together!
I'm watching Rookie Cops along with this drama and I always get confused with the FL's mom since the role is played by the same actress in both shows. xD
Just when I thought I couldn't love this drama more than I already do Tae Moo plays River Flows In You by Yiruma!!!! I might get withdrawal symptoms when this drama is over :'(
I was at work watching this trying not to scream with that plot twist! 😱 I must admit that I did not see it coming.
On another note, I just got the impression during this episode that Oh Se Gi has a secret agenda. I hope I’m wrong, I don’t want him to be an antagonist but I just couldn’t shake the feeling!
I've been loving this drama so much since it first aired, but I have to say that episode 9 is just special. It just made me feel so may things, It was extremally beautiful and the ending was just perfect in every way! Can't wait for tomorrow's episode. Whiteout a shadow of a doubt this is gonna be one of my favorite dramas ever!
I just didn't feel any chemistry whatsoever between Son Ye Jin and Yeon Woo Jin. Their conversations were very lackluster even felt a little forced at times which might be excused by the fact that they barely just met but I was expecting more.
I'm sick and tired of Nam Tae Il with his screaming and impulsiveness If he didn't look his age I could've sworn he's a teenager with anger issues. He never stops and tries to think thigs through, he just explodes! It gets on my nerves so bad every time something happens and he just starts yelling at everyone around him. UGH... what a piece of garbage.
I suspect he will save her life, not just from Comrade Terrorist but possibly from the ANSP too, after her own…
That’s a good theory. You might be right, but still… it’s hard to conceive. I just hope the writers did a good job and made it realistic and believable.
I just don't know how they are going to be together. If I were her, after going though that traumatic experience I would never want to see that man again!
I can say with all confidence that my favorite character is Park Tae Seo. Out of the entire cast he is the only one that feels three-dimensional and the actor is doing an excellent job- those emotional scenes really hit me in the feels-. I'm rooting for him and hope he gets redeemed by the end of the show.
I don't know if anyone else noticed but they gave us the hint about the split personality in one of the promo posters for the show. They both have the same wounds in their faces in the exact same places: the forehead and the nose .That was pretty clever, I don't think I would have noticed if I already didn't know about it.
The first two episodes were awesome. Can't wait for next week!
They've honestly sucked the enjoyment out of the drama for me. I started skipping through episode 11 before stopping…
Yeah, I’m not sure if I’ll keep watching either.
It’s disappointing really because I had high expectations for this drama when it was first announced, but lately I don’t feel anything when I see the main couple. I’m more invested on the other relationships on the show which are not that much more interesting either.

I guess I’m just whelmed…
