you maniac is a good series, especially if you appreciate character-driven stories that require you to look beyond what's immediately presented on screen. it isn't just about watching what the characters do, but understanding why they behave the way they do, how their experiences shape their decisions, and how their personal flaws affect the people around them. dean and moth are both complicated, imperfect characters, and understanding them requires more than simply labeling their actions as right or wrong. the series gives you room to observe their contradictions, question their choices, and understand the emotional context behind their behavior without necessarily excusing it. it's the kind of story that becomes more interesting when you pay attention to the details and allow the characters to unfold naturally. you don't have to agree with everything they do to appreciate how they're written. sometimes, understanding a character is precisely what makes you realize how flawed they are, and that's part of what makes you maniac worth watching. Was this review helpful to you?
