Can't agree more. I still just can't see the love in her but instead being dragged along. Like you, I'd love to…
I keep going back and forth on this. For sure, DS is more proactive about showing emotion. I just can't figure out where she is at. At times, I see what looks like genuine joy/pleasure when she looks at him and that makes me think ah...there it is. Then other times she acts like she could care less. I can't recall...has she ever called him on the phone first?
I posted earlier that I thought she called him "oppa" in the elevator because she was trying to please him, and even though it was ill-timed...at least she was trying.
Maybe I'm trying to convince myself she loves him, otherwise what in the he** are they doing? If this couple doesn't make it...good grief, it will be like I/we wasted so much time.
The thing that bothers me more than anything is how immature they both act with showing physical affection. As others have posted, it makes no sense whatsoever.
There is a part of me that wants GS to be hurt badly so HS reacts and tells his MIL to stay out of his private…
Regarding your comment about wanting GS to be hurt so DS takes a stand...I thought the same thing, then I felt really guilty for thinking that way. I'm glad I'm not the only one that thought about that.
***Edited to correct my mistake***I haven't seen My Father Is Strange, but I did watch Once Again (the one with100…
I watched WTS also and I don't really see a lot of similarities...but I'm not the most observant person in the room, so you may be right.
I was mistaken by saying this one was BASED on Five Enough, and when I'm thinking straight, there aren't really any similarities either. So I think I need to edit my original comment.
I was probably thinking of that stupid "Double Happiness" which, again if I'm not mistaken, was supposed to be based on Five Enough.
How's this one? Family kdramas have been so disappointing the last few years, the great ones like my father is…
***Edited to correct my mistake*** I haven't seen My Father Is Strange, but I did watch Once Again (the one with100 eps).
I like this one and Once Again a lot, but they are different.
Once Again didnt have as many annoying characters (imo), and no evil parents or exes like Eagle Brothers.
*** Edited to add: The below statement is not correct, sorry for the mis-information. It's been so hot here, I think my brain is frying!!! Eagle Brothers is not based on Five Enough...the only similarity really is that the ML actor is the same. I believe I was confusing Five Enough and Double Happiness (a drama which, imo, is so bad, it shouldn't even be mentioned in the same breath with Five Enough).***
Eagle Brothers is based on/similar to Five Enough (which is one of my favorites).
BS has found a maid in Seri, that is why he likes her.
I think it's strange that she still calls him Professor, and in ep 41, she tells Beom Soo that she lost some things, but she gained HaNi, and his family and team leader Oh. Shouldn't he be at the top of her "gain" list?
That nasty old granma is right, CEO Ma is inadequate bc of her brash crude social skills. She WILL embarrass the…
GS isn't as "refined" as the chairman and his family, because her background is different. But I didn't get the impression that the chairman was embarrassed by her. If he is, or thinks he could be, then he should never have pursued her.
Yes, the situation in the elevator was embarrassing (and I think we felt 2nd hand embarrassment!), but I think she was trying to make an effort to do as he had asked her to do...to make him happy.
She just failed to read the room.
HE could have prevented the situation from being as awkward/uncomfortable as it was by immediately acknowledging her and introducing her to his MIL.
You tell me all this time the school has yet to reach Kaixin about the child abduction?
Yeah, that was bad. At first, I thought her phone was dead, and when she plugged in, she would see a ton of missed calls. But NO, still no call until another 20 mins or so? If that was a stranger abducting her son, he would have been long gone.
5 enough is one of my favorites and to me, there is no comparison between that and this one...other than widower…
I was sad to read that he passed away... I agree there are some slight similarities for sure, but imho, not much else.
I'm still dumbfounded that the leads in this show get such little screentime. Their relationship seems completely under-developed on camera and the majority of their interactions are taking place off camera and we just get to see the results.

In no way do I think she is cheap.
Just my opinion!

It's disappointing.
