Not really, I think their progress will start next episode because at the end of ep.8, Eun Gyeol lies to Yi Chan & says he likes Se Kyeong so that Yi Chan would stop chasing her.

Yeah Seol In Ah plays young Se Kyeong, and she also plays 2023 current Eun Yu, who is Se Kyeong's daughter. Eun Yu travels back in time just like Eun Gyeol. Eun Gyeol's mission is to save his dad from becoming deaf & to bring his parent's together & Eun Yu's mission is to prevent her mom marrying her current dad so that she won't be born in the future (she wants to kill herself). I believe Eun Yu & Eun Gyeol will end up together since they're both from 2023. Hope that makes sense!

But before Cheong Ah fainted a couple of episodes ago, she saw that lady in front of her and referred to her as mom, I think.

Maybe it's because they're constantly fighting, they haven't really had a normal conversation yet. Once they open up to each other I think they'll be more shippable.

Agreed, this show knows how to play with our emotions, one moment we're laughing, another moment we're in awe & seconds later we're sad for the characters 😭 Great acting & great script.

I'm pretty sure they mentioned that Cheong Ah & Yi Chan took a sign language class when they were 20 (&that's how they met) that's when she learnt it & that's what she passed onto Eun Gyeol. Eun Gyeol is now giving her back the same information :)
