this is just my guess for next ep as to why she broke up with him. i think she feels like she constantly hating on herself, due to insecurity and compare herself with all his past exes. maybe during the period she's dating him, she lost a bit part of herself.
it's so annoying seeing a comment from non regular jdrama watcher 🙄 there's nothing wrong with fl for me. like yes, she's acting a bit childish but everything is her first time. just because she's expressive, does not mean she's annoying. that's what her character has personality and your life bland af
i really like these first 10 eps so far. the characters are such a fresh breath. i love hanyan highlights that "all lifes are important", killing shouldn't be something you can do at every inconveniences. i rarely see this kind of character so far. rather than softhearted, hanyan has her own moral value even after all the hardships. she knows her boundaries and only acted when needed or for someone important to her.
and what actually kills me inside for hanyan is as you can see, it feels like watching a normal girl fighting so hard for her simple happiness; fam and home. neither she want extravagant revenge nor crazy dreams. but it feels like fate is playing with her TT
i love the ml too bcs he's not blatantly cruel. all of he does for what he preserves as justice. such a good character too. i would like to know more his past/side stories.

it's been only 10 episodes. i personally feels like it's more proper for the first 10 ep from fmc stories since it is a female centric show.
also, i think we would see more about the ml in next 10 eps (not a spoiler btw i didn't have read the novel) and last 10 ep will be their arc together when all their motives aligned with each other.

wuxie searching for the real his uncle wu sanxing or xie lianhuan (fake wu sanxing) ? i didnt follow the book yet so this kinda confusing to me. because if i look at the first part, the romance between chen wenjin and wu sanxing match the real wu sanxing
