The baffling part is TSOU was legitimately good, I find it hard to believe that it's the same director. A lot of the issues I and many people have with the show is directing choices so idk why it seems like she lost all her talent from one show to the next

It is extremely good. One of my favorite shows of 2025

I love LDW, but his last 2 shows were honestly just meh to be generous. He needs to be more selective of his scripts imho. I couldn't get into The Nice Guy and I really tried. Think I watched through ep 4 or 5 and nothing about it really grabbed me

This is my thoughts as well. I really like the show, honestly think it's great, but there's no way I would watch it as it airs on a Friday night after working 60+ hours that week. Even though the story is good, I'd find it hard to stay up for this if I'm already tired, especially for 2 1/2 hours

I loved the appointment scene. Her mom literally gave her a look like "I have to take all these tests just because you have a crush?" and then just went along with it for her lol

Their acting was good in TSOU, it's not them that's the problem

LingOrm is one of my favorite GL ships too lol. I don't have a problem with them, I have a problem with this story. Ch3 needs to invest actual money into LO and their shows instead of just trying to use them as a cash cow. No matter how much people love LO, if their shows are slop, people will stop watching them and only watch the fanmeets and interviews to get their LO fix

I'm on episode 9 now and honesly, Kuea's pursuit of Pin is disgusting. It's been like 7 or 8 years since the first time we saw him and she was already very anti him then. On top of that, he was a grown ass man with a job and she was still in her mid teens. Every single time he tries to interact with her she's very uncomfortable and refuses to be alone with him no matter how hard he tries and he still won't leave her alone. Dude needs committed at this point honestly. Even if she was straight, it's obviously not going to be him, he literally freaks her out and won't leave her alone

Pat's parents have had one scene and they are already top 3 GL parents for me. She's nice, loving and beautiful and he's straight shooting, loving and hilarious

This one's a very solid start, Queendom's been great as well but the one that really surprised me is Roller Coaster. I'm completely hooked on that show, sad it's ending this week

I think it's common culturally all over Asia. Not necessarily the cheated on thing exactly, just anything that lowers your parents reputation is your fault, whether you're to blame or not. I've seen similar things in pretty much every country's dramas

I definitely could be wrong, but it sounded like Jayna to me. If I'm right and they follow the same schedule as last week, they'll release it on YT on Thursday and it's an original song for the show

Oh for sure. I think if they had a rehearsal scene, even only a 5 second "let's rehearse" line in the apartment for another couple episodes, they could easily have added that scene in. Anybody that hasn't seen it should really look it up on youtube, it's really worth the watch

What's Freakier Friday? Never heard of it
