I'm gonna be very honest: when I had watched Twelve, I wasn't very sold from Lee Joo Bin's acting. But having…
Divorce Insurance is a horrible show, her and LDW's relationship is the only good part in it and I rec passing on it. I liked her in everything else I've seen her in though
they finally addressed the reason why the ml "betrayed" the lawyer but i still don't like how they cleared…
I'm glad they cleared up what actually happened back then, but I still don't like I Jun in the slightest. You can't have a character be an annoying POS for 10 episodes then one word makes him likable for me. He just needs to go back to Seoul and follow FL mom around like a little puppy again off screen
Good guy he is doing something against the chairman.
He had no idea about Geum Bo being at the company or even investigating Hanmin at the start, but he came with the intention of being against the chairman. Being able to help Geum Bo might be a bonus for him, but it's not his main intention
So her mom is a famous actress with decades of experience maintaining her image to the point her daughter won't even talk to her, but she's dumb enough to have a very private very volatile if it gets out conversation in the middle of a f'ing building lobby? Both her and I Jun are stupid af, at least one of them should have been like "Let's take this somewhere else." Like she did finally, but it was way late and she literally waited for a pap to be 5 feet away to say something
Good guy he is doing something against the chairman.
He's against the chairman, but it seems like he has his own goals and reasons, all of which seem to benefit him. I think at this point he can only be considered morally gray
I don't get why she even has a high level job at the company or anything. I think realistically with her behavior a chaebol family would do just enough for her to show they didn't abandon her after his death with how she acts. She's so openly antagonistic to the entire family and they just let her walk all over them for some reason. It's amazing and a treat that Se Hyeon is such a cutie and sweetheart after being raised by that bitch
The team leader was already an annoying character to me, but wtf was that meeting at the end? Tries to be friends with the whole team, then decides to try and expose FL in front of everybody with barely more than a guess she's pregnant without even a thought of maybe bringing it up privately first?
Whatever happened to making the losing side of the triangle an actual choice? Any more it seems like every 2ML is just an annoying entitled person and the general consensus is almost always that they're hated. The "2nd Lead Syndrome" aspect of KDramas is dying imo, they're always one of if not the worst part of the show any more
Out of curiosity, why are all your completed dramas rated 0.0? Is that some sort of an MDL bug?
It's impossible to rate a 0.0, and they aren't counted. 0.0 ratings just means they've never been rated from that user. A lot of people use the lists just as a tracker and don't actually rate anything.
You mean the former CEO, who had the car accident. I do feel the same
Chairman and CEO are different. A CEO is in charge of the day to day and just an employee of a company. A Chairman is usually the largest shareholder and the most important person on the Board of Directors. A lot of times they will be the same person, or same family, but not always.
A good example would be Jeff Bezos. He's the chairman of Amazon and overall has the most control of the company, but semi-retired a couple years ago and they hired a CEO to run the day to day
It's a roller coaster with twists and turns - not easy to keep up. But it's one of my favorite dramas ever.
The show is way more gray than that. He is fully willing to break the law to uphold justice, but he's also not like a full blown vigilante. Justice trumps the law and he's on the side of justice is probably the best way to put it.
The antics in court from the first week haven't really had a repeat iirc, but his personality is largely the same, with the same humor. There really hasn't been very many court scenes
