He annoys me too, but I think it's more he was little when they kicked the dad out and he was sheltered by his mother and sister about the whole situation. He isn't jumping onto the dad bandwagon because he is rich, he doesn't have/remember the history that the other 3 do. It showed that the day they thought he died on the motorcycle accident where he called his dad do see if he was okay. He's happy his dads back, that's it. Him being rich is just a bonus

This show so far is more entertaining and funny than I was expecting it to be. Hope it keeps up like this. If it does, it'll be one of my most entertaining dramas in 24

Unforgettable Love is amazing. China excels in the cute kid looking for a step parent genre. Every one I've seen with that premise has been entertaining and the kids are hilariously adorable. Even more so XiaoBiao in UL. He's the best part imo

The most glaring example is definitely Shu Yi's best friend in Only For Love. That girls advice cause 99% of the problems in the show, not just with the main couple

Yeah I've loved his acting ever since Do Bong Soon lol. He's great at physical comedic acting, probably one of the best imo

I'm on 14 and there have definitely been quite a few kisses, both pecks and full on make-out sessions.

No bed scenes so far (other than actual sleep) but their romance is starting to pick up rapidly now and I imagine there will be very soon

They are more married than married people lol

So far it's been very good imo. If it keeps this pace to the end I'll rate it 8.5ish which is a high rating from me

I personally find anything Bai Lu, Janice Wu, Dylan Wang or Miles Wei is in to be worth the time to watch. They are outstanding actors

If you're looking for a quick watch that's all fluffy and light-hearted, this is a good watch. Of course, there is some drama added in to help fill out the episodes but it is really just a light romance story. Overall 8/10

I really like how they didn't shove it in our faces constantly, but made it noticable that Hye Ji's dad basically adopted Hong Ju as his daughter. He cared for her like she was one of his own instead of just treating her like his daughters friend

What does her best friend do? It seems like she is front desk of the building, but clothing and housing seems to be relatively wealthy which doesn't make sense for that job

I agree that she is straight trash as a parent, but using it to excuse the 2ML is not it. He's absolute trash as well, just a different type

I wonder who the mom is trying to sue in the preview. The only person that she has any issues with is HJ and dating your son when you don't want her to isn't a valid reason for a law suit lol

His mom is so trash. She honestly told HJ that he's a man whore in the hopes of getting her to leave him. I honestly can't even imagine having a parent that is this overbearing.

In MMH, I wouldn't have even known it also came back in time if not for the comments from novel/webtoon readers lol. It seemed like just a cat that they both happened to have a history with. This show made it seem important then just dropped the cat until they needed a way for ML to find FL so they brought it back

I think they are slowly having Hong Ju realize that she was always in love with Hu Yeong and just repressed it to the point of not realizing because her bestie met/liked him first

I took BJH's question more as manipulation than truth. Like, he was legitimately curious if he used that excuse if she would come back. Yeah he was depressed and had writer's block so he was sick. A huge portion of the population has depression at one point or another, and I'd guess that every writer feels writer's block to some degree at some point. Not a reason to leave abruptly and silently.

Maybe that excuse would KIND OF (not really) work if he had some type of issue and needed to go abroad to see a specific specialist or something

I don't understand the hatred his mom has for her. She has no idea who she is it seems, yet she was able to recognize her sitting at a bus stop 10 years later?!? It makes no sense both in the HS years and in the present that she acts this way towards Hong Ju. It looks like they moved to the US in the first place because of Hong Ju, when there wasn't even a chance in hell that they would have dated back then

The only 2 things I can think of is 1) she is just delusional on thinking she has to control every single aspect of her sons life or 2) she knows (somehow) that Hong Ju is an orphan and is having an issue with it. Both are BS reasons, but seeing how the culture sees orphans, at least according to KDramas, that one would at least make some sense. Not right, just understandable
