Onebof the cutest bl series ever!

There's nothjng negative I could think of for this cite serie. The best thing about this series is how it portrayed the traditions and life of working class Thai people in such a lovely way.
Each character is well-developed and played so well by talented actors. The scenes are never boring and of course there are times you could predict, but it's still very enjoyable and funny.
Music- the director and producers made the right choice in choosing such traditional music. That's what set apart from all the other Thai bl series out there.

There is no plot

The script writer(s) wronged the casts. The whole show was carried by the main leads chemistry and superb acting alone. There’s no character development, and no consequences whatsoever for very serious crimes depicted like attempted grape, drugging and filming someone while unconscious, extreme obsessive behavior by fans, etc. The worst part is how a “seasoned” actor reacts to situations like that. What happened to the confident and successful actor introduced in the first episode? The romance line development before the two main leads were together was so meaningless. The actions of Akin was inconsistent . It was a bit better when they get together but still makes no sense to let your lover quit what thy love so much. Unless the production team intends to make a season two and tidy up all the loose ends, this serie doesn’t have any rewatch value.

A good watch

Honestly, I came for ZeeNunew. Had to set the vpn to watch it on Netflix.
Thire story was interesting and the acting was superb 👏 as expected of ZNN. The music was Okay. Would have been much better to have more time and develop the backstory ans second couple's story too.
The plot was nothing very new compared to other supernatural movies but it was interesting because of the LGBTQIA+ theme. Was expecting to see the discrimination and barriers faced by gender minorities especially in that era and probably because of the storyline, it wasn't well portrayed like in Khun Chai.
Not a big fan of villianizing the women (the crazy ex) in BL stories though.

The characters' age is off

A very good drama. The acting is superb. But this age gap keeps bothering me. According to the storyline, Teng Jing got pregnant and have birth to the Ping Ping when she's around 20-21 coz she was a third year student in the university. Then 7 years later they met again. So, both of them are supposed to be either 28-29 or maximum 30-31 years old. But why they casted the actors in their 40s??? I just couldn't understand. If the time gap is 17 years in stead 7, that would make sense. But making actors in their 40s act the roles of 30s yo, just don't make sense, well at least to me. It gives the same feeling like "the rebel princess" ... watching a 40 yo woman acting like a 15 yo because that's the character's age according to the storyline.

A good watch if you don’t use your brain

Started of interesting and cute despite some weak plot twists. But the drama went downhill from around 19-20 episodes. There’s no character development at all except the ML. The FL would have been dead a thousand times during her so-called investigations if not for the ML. CuiCui’s character is so brainless that it doesn’t even make sense for her to have friends (a big mouth), and to be alive at all. How could the female government workers be this brainless? Maybe it’s intentional? The script writers seem to just give up on the logic and plot. Anyway, if you want a lighthearted watch , this would be a good choice.

A train wreck from the get go

The inconsistency in the story makes it so cringe to continue watching. The plot is full of holes from the get go. The FL doesn’t know martial arts but managed to kill three males from the beginning of the story. She’s tiny but could endure all the beating and torture without proper medical care. The ML has only one expression. Anyone, literally any male can just go into the place where women live without any restrictions. It’s such a challenge for any seasoned drama watcher’s intelligence. If this kind of drma is considered one of the best for 2025, god help us all.
