This show was very pleasant and enjoyable, I would have watched it for the chemistry and acting alone. I'm very pleasantly surprised bc the acting here is a cut above a lot of BLs. Really impressed.

As for the lack of kissing, both sides make good points in regards to it. Sure, there doesn't NEED to be a kiss, and that doesn't make it a bromance. It also doesn't kill my enjoyment of the show... but at the same time, it's not a convincing portrayal of a relationship between two people in love. Maybe if they had set up that the guys weren't into physical intimacy AT ALL, it would have been okay, but come on, previous episodes they had some back-and-forth tension and were dying to touch/press against each other. It would have been natural progression to at least have a kiss, especially after the years. Not get into a bathtub together clothed.

KBLs don't always shy away from kissing either. It likely has more to do with the fact that they're from the same group. Maybe they didn't want it, maybe their former label or the director said no, we will never know.

Evidently, I have lot of thoughts on this. Either way it's not wrong or an insult to point out that making the show as chaste as it is, is not exactly the right direction to take it. But I also agree that it is definitely not a bromance, bffr lol. It's still a very good and cosy portrayal of love. It just would have been elevated with something more fulfilling of a relationship at the end.

They didn't kiss but I don't think it's the choice of the actors. I found that they were really commited to show…
Yep it could have easily been that their then-label or the director didn't want them to kiss. They did really well in their roles, though, it's well-acted... but for the future, casting two idols from the same group in these romance roles is kinda awkward because how much would they be able or allowed to do?

I had little expectation going in but their acting is surprisingly good, especially the guy who plays Taehyun; I like his facial expressions. Although a few moments are cringe due to editing (as all romantic series are), the acting by the leads is pretty relaxed and natural.
