yeah i remember seeing all those upcoming drama posters a while ago. Lol but istg if it doesn't air this yr imma be so sad :')

did anyone else think that the story made it too obvious that a fan was a qianli person way too early in the drama? idk if they meant to make it a big shock in the middle of the drama (cuz i never finished it lol) or if they purposely made it obvious in like the first 2 eps. Tbh i dropped the drama because I felt like the drama already showed the whole story of what was gonna happen after watching 4 eps. :/

huang xiao's performances are always so good!

good show overall. The ending felt so right/realistic but at the same time it felt like there was so much left to be answered. (e.g like what happened to that female hitman? did she get punished?)

i probably rate things too easily, but tbh the movie rlly wasn't that bad. If you just want to watch a show cuz you're bored (aka you don't really care too much about the buildup of emotional connection with characters, or the character development, don't think of it too realistically/ play dumb, etc.) then u should watch it. Also, don't expect it to be like TTB, just treat it like a western action movie ig :/

kinda off topic, but im kinda glad my faves didn't get the xie lian role now. I was a bit sad/salty at first (I didn't make rude comments tho) since he was one of the rumored xl cast, but now that I see all the negative comments towards the actual xl actor im kinda happy he didn't get the role. ( im not saying that im happy zxw is getting hate)

and they both have ppl from idol producer casted lol

i thought that as well. they even went on the same survival show as well lol.

the outfits look like halloween costumes lol. I also don't see anyone talking about nan feng and fu yao's outfits but they look just as bad T-T

i personally find nothing wrong with bl dramas, but if it helps, this cast just a gua and apparently zzt's next drama filming is supposed to be a modern drama, not historical. I also saw another gua saying that xu kai or smth was going to be cast in this but idk

this drama is probably one of the most interesting dramas (if not the most interesting) of this year imo. (although there's only 3 eps out rn) Every second of it is just so good.

now we gotta wait a year till this airs :')
