someone on Twitter shared some moments where his voice isn't dubbed but yeah Jun's voice in dubbed moments is dubbed by someone else meanwhile Miaoyi dubbed herself. I think it's also because he lives in Korea so coming back to do the dubbing would be a bit troublesome 🥲
I've watched 5 episodes so far and I'm enjoying it. I just wish they hired a better voice actor for Jun since I think the main problem isn't Jun's acting as people in the comments seem to think. It's just that the tone of the voice is off at times but oh well I can ignore this problem. Also his character has to be a bit awkward and closed off since it's connected to his upbringing and the voice doesn't express it well while his actions do.

Pei Su/Fei Du is a really complex character but they make it work. From what I remember, more than character development, what made their relationship work is the understanding of another person's character and feelings. Yes, they change as novel progresses but the key point is the fact that Luo Wenzhou/Weizhao learns how to communicate with Fei Du/Pei Su. That makes Fei Du/Pei Su more comfortable with opening up which leads to him healing slowly. If you have a chance, you should try reading the novel. Romance is slow burn which is a signature of Priest (the author) but the plot is amazing so it's worthy giving it a try.

i don't know if i remember correctly but in novel Tao Ran (tao ze) along with Luo Wenzhou (luo weizhao) kinda take care of Fei Du (pei su) after the case (from Fei Du's perspective especially Tao Ran cares for him) so he stays around and develops feelings for Tao Ran (i don't remember how deep they were). he doesn't stay around only because of his mother's case, also he gets more involved with all of them because of his talent for crime, i think it was mentioned in some episode about it and implied that he helped them with cases before
