So they didn't marry? They go their separate ways or something like that?
The leads had good chemistry imo, but there weren't really that many kissing scenes. And there was only one steamy-ish scene, but it happens before they actually get together, so it doesn't go very far.
Good even though it went on for a bit long. The only thing I didn't like was Jet becoming a president. They should've just gotten married despite their status, who cares about stupid societal rules...
I'm about to start watching, and I'm lowkey freaking out...My heart is gonna explode from excitement. I can barely manage to press the play button. Pray for me.
Aum out here just never aging. The fact that she played opposite Pete (who's 10 yrs older) 20+ years ago and now playing opposite Mik (14 yrs younger)...true vampire queen XD
If a twin acted like their twin, does that make the other twin dispensable just because their sibling pretended…
Ikr! Especially near the end, when human nam shin started getting upset and jealous because everyone liked the robot better, I thought she was gonna feel sorry for him and that it would lead to romance. But thankfully, it all worked out XD

I don’t think human Nam Shin should act like robot Nam Shin. I agree that their personalities are what makes them individual. I just think it’d be cute if she could actually tell just by looking, for the sake of being in super cheesy dramaland. It’s not like I watched an ai and human love story for the realism haha :)
The one thing that ruined it for me was Sang Wook and Ji Sook being together in the end...Sang Wook was a despicable, spineless, loser. And not being able to let him go also made Ji Sook a loser. She should've just took her son left the country.
The only thing I didn't like was the ending. I had read spoilers that one villain was going to end up in a mental hospital and one was going to die, and with the way everything was going, I thought for sure Sun Woo was gonna be the dead one, but nope, it was the other way around.
Jae Kyung didn't deserve to die, especially not from saving that monster. Yes, she was awful, but Sun Woo made her that way. I could picture her serving her time in prison, having to go to a mental hospital for all the shit she went through, and then recovering far in the future and living happily with her family.
Sun Woo was the root of all the problems and wasn't even human from the beginning. If anyone deserved to die, it was him. He should've been on his death bed regretting all of his decisions. And getting flashbacks of Seung Ri, Jae Kyung, and his mother, all the ones that truly loved him at one point, to show him the life and people that he took for granted. Instead, they chalk it up to him just being crazy.
Light and fluffy but far too long. Even at 30min per, they could've easily kept this under 20 eps. Got kinda boring towards the end with a lot of unnecessary scenes that added nothing to the drama.
Wasn't 100% sold on the romance. Kang Joon and Seung Yeon's chemistry was amazing, don't get me wrong, but I wish So Bong could've distinguished between the two Nam Shins a bit better. She said she could tell just by looking, but she couldn't. They could've had So Bong call out the times human Nam Shin switched with android Nam Shin to solidify the fact that she knew at first glance who she was in love with. Instead, they just proved that the robot is dispensable. Basically if the human Nam Shin wore the watch and acted nice, everyone would be none the wiser and So Bong would've still fell for him.
Half way through and really only staying for March's character at this point...Dao and Kook are cute together, and they have great chemistry, but she doesn't deserve him. She's been a bitch the whole time; it's like Dao can't do anything right in her eyes. She doesn't want to be exclusive, but the second he talks to another girl, she's all butt hurt.
And I love Bie, but Kong and Kaiwan ain't it. I don't even care about the the age gap in terms of years cuz it's literally the basis of the whole story. It's that Kaiwan doesn't act her age imo. Even though 18 is still young, she acts more like 14 or 15. She cuddles up with a bear, started a relationship with someone she has no feelings for, and cries because a guy probably 6+ years older than her potentially got his ex-girlfriend pregnant...like girl, get it together. I'm not saying an 18yo can't have stuffed animals and trouble with their feelings irl. I just think that for the drama, it would have made sense if the character was depicted as more mature. It would have made Kong and Kaiwan more believable as a couple. Even though Kong waited 8 years, he's still attracted to someone who looks and acts like a kid. The way he takes care of her isn't even romantic; he's basically grooming her.
I had seen the one with Weir some years ago, so I wanted to see how they'd change things up for 2021 but...they really didn't do much and somehow made it worse. The whole "falling in love with your assaulter" thing was whatever because (even though it's awful and outdated) it's the basis of many lakorns, and I knew what I was about to watch. (Nothing against the cast btw, love em all. And Now is so gorgeous like wtf how even.)
Bow was just stupid the whole time. She kept saying she wasn't gonna get hurt again, and she would only trust herself, but she never followed through. She always came back to her family, even though they lied to her about so many things and forgave everyone who did her wrong.
Pong I actually grew to like. Yes, he was a cheater, tried to keep two women at the same time, wouldn't leave Bow alone when he already had a wife. But at the very least, I could feel some sincerity, and he had character development. He eventually accepted that him and Bow were never gonna happen (albeit quit late) and really did still care for her as a friend.
Tos...he literally had character un-development. He was the worst imo and didn't deserve a happy ending at all. In the beginning, he still did terrible things, but again, that was a main part of the plot. The last few eps though, he straight up lost his damn mind. In the 2009 version, when Bow told him they have a horrible past and that she was going to live abroad with Pong, he was upset, but he conceded because he knew he didn't deserve her forgiveness. He willing stepped back so Bow could move on. But in this version, Tos couldn't keep Bow around without trapping her or tricking her. Even up until the last second, he had to fake an injury to get her back. Absolutely atrocious.
Disappointed...was so excited for another SonVill project, especially after loving Tae Pang Korn. I know it's a different genre, but the production quality on this one was just low, and the acting was somehow over the top and lackluster at the same time. Well, guess I'll just have to wait another 4-5 years lol
