I know the leads are the same age, but is it just me, or does the FL look kinda old? No hate, she's still pretty, but her face seems to have aged more and doesn't really match the character imo. I haven't seen any of her other work so idk if it's the makeup, the lighting, or if she just always looks like that.
I actually loved how awful the villain was! I had never seen the original, so didn't know what to expect, and thought Chai was gonna realize he actually does have feelings for Nee and repent or something, but NOPE. An evil asshole through and through. One that you just want to strangle through the screen lol XD
Lowkey wish none of them had a happy ending...Aek was absolute scum. Just as bad, if not worse, than vill. All of the main characters were terrible people, but i guess that's life, karma doesn't always catch up. Bie and Fah are one of my fav couples tho :D Hoping their next drama can be a romantic comedy where Bie doesn't cheat on or with Fah lol
The only thing i hated was that suh jin got off wayyy too easy. Hiding criminal evidence and knowingly incarcerating an innocent person just because your daughter won't make it into the school you wanted? puh-leaseee...and she still wanted to send yeh suh to study with the coordinator even after she knew she was the murderer...like wtf. she had no redeeming qualities for me and her ending wasn't harsh enough imo
yea, i remember that scene. he knew nothing real could happen between them so it was just an innocent first love, and his reactions were so funny and cute. when he would clutch his chest lol :'D
Loved this drama! Sooo funny, as expected with Nagase Tomoya :) I'm not usually too fond of dramas where they get into a relationship with a minor, but this one I was ok with. I think it's because developing the relationship was never part of the story, so I didn't think of it from a romantic standpoint. The main idea was to show a man experiencing youth for the first time, and that's exactly what I took it as
where did u see it?? I really want to see this drama but i cant find the good version anywhere....they all give…
I watched it on MUSE's site. Donation is required to become a member, but I found it was worth it for me. It really doesn't cost much, you can choose your donation amount, and it shows support for the subbers that put in their time and effort to sub for us all :) Or if you're willing to wait, the lakorns usually get released publicly, even though there's no telling when. I usually check lakorn galaxy's site for public releases
overall, really liked this one! only thing i'm knocking points off for is the ending. it was too lighthearted. not saying it shouldn't have been happy, i'm all for happy endings, but the way the situation played out just didn't match the mood of the rest of the drama. when they all unmasked their swat team disguises, it was like a joke...something i would've expected to see in a comedy. i don't exactly know how else they could've caught the guy, considering the real swat team would also be under his control, but idk, wish the ending was more fitting. either way, still a fun watch and would recommend :D
One of the funniest dramas i've seen in a while, i was already laughing at ep 1! I like how the characters were all reasonable; no one was dumb and oblivious and issues were solved fairly quickly. The last quarter of the drama seemed repetitive, so a little longer than it need to be, but overall a fun watch :)
Love is not only about who makes your heart beat. That is passion not love. Chalam is all that Tantawan wish Peng…
i was watching the bts vid they released and saw that they shot all the rooftop scenes in one day. so i guess the writers had chalam in mind from the beginning which is honestly shocking. cuz i almost believed the reshoot rumors too until sky said they didn't. i didn't know this drama was so unpopular in thailand, how sad. i hope they still feel happy about receiving a lot of international love :)
I agree in part with what you said but I think the way it ended felt forced. The writers took way too long to…
yea, i do think they dragged on the triangle for wayyyy too long. she was so fickle the whole time. they never showed her loving one more than the other until she was forced to choose. it made it feel like even by the end, she was still kinda unsure :/ half of me wishes they all just ended up single XD
the reason i'm still ok with chalam is because he even said himself that he's a risky choice. he doesn't know what will happen in the future, if they'll stay together, break up and make up, fight all the time. i think it's ok to not have everything figured out and to just live life to the fullest with no regrets. you can't always worry about the "what ifs" and sometimes the most difficult decisions turn out to be the best. in a way, it leaves the drama open ended and people can picture whatever future they want
i was so prepared for her to end up with peng, and i think that would have been fine too, but i like how they didn't stick to the "first love" thing. it shows that even if you're with someone for a long time, you don't have to neglect your feelings and you're not obligated to stay with them. heck, there are couples out there who have been together for 40+ years that still get divorced. it's never too late in life to start over and you shouldn't feel guilty about it either. that time isn't "wasted," it's just part of your journey. being together for 15 years, her and peng will always love each other, they just won't be IN LOVE. it's nice to see exes be happy and support one another.
i also liked that chalam and peng weren't mortal enemies lol. i adored their relationship! they both respected each other and never tried to act like they were better than the other person. no dirty tricks. no sabotaging the other's chances. just being themselves and fighting for love in their own way.
the one thing i would have liked to see is tantawan's character development. she basically didn't change at all...other than being targeted by tai, the only other thing she was doing in life was choosing between two guys...wow. such hardships...lol. oh, and i wish tao and thiwkao could have had their happy ending ㅠㅠ
side note: i've seen a lot of people saying "why even list sunny as the ML" and imo, he still is the lead of the drama. ok, so he didn't end up with the FL, but in terms of story and development, sunny's character had a lot more focus than sky's or even mai's. his character was shown from childhood friend/boyfriend to intern to hardened doctor, and in his adult life, he had to relearn about the balance of work, emotions, relationships, and finding happiness. he's the unsung hero of the drama for sure :)
oh. my. GOD! Even as someone on team chalam, I really thought it was gonna be peng...damn, nadao, they got me lol. So sad this series is over, was a super fun watch and the pacing was great, I never got bored. They did kinda drag the triangle on for literally the entire time but I guess that was the main story so whatever
i do not agree with peng walking away AT ALL...as a doctor, you don't get to choose who you save. yes, tai is off the walls, but he's not right in the head. of course i'm not defending tai, and we all want justice to be served, but that's not pengs decision to make. even murders get treated before they go to trial...if peng won't save tai, he might as well resign right now. one thing i respect about peng is his ability as an unbiased doctor. i have hope he'll turn back in the next ep
what if it ends with both of them opening the door, it cuts to tantawan smiling, and then just goes black...that would be cheap as hell and genius at the same time
i feel for peng, really. he's trying so hard to win her back and she's giving him hope, so it would suck to have his heart broken twice...but i'm still rooting for chalam. he's been there, even if she didn't know it. anything can happen in the last two eps so i'm scared to get too excited. i'll just have to soak up the shark and sunflower moments while i can XD
my bias aside, i just think it would be refreshing if the seemingly brooding male lead didn't end up with the girl for once. even if everyone ended up single, i could live with that. so over the "first love" cliche...
Bie and Fah are one of my fav couples tho :D Hoping their next drama can be a romantic comedy where Bie doesn't cheat on or with Fah lol
i found the audio. it's billkin singing, but idk the official title or if they have an official mv
