Can I skip the 1st 2 eps and go to where they're already grown up? or it will affect the rest of the show? I just couldn't get through the 1'st ep, I felt it's so boring! But I want to watch this, so?

I'm at ep4 now, what surprising it's they're at Taiwan, but no one there talk Chinese! Police, nurses, and not even a single person! And even the driver seat in the car is at opposite direction from what we see in Taiwanese Dramas. :D :D
