It's always the comparison that ruins it for the people that watch remakes of the originals they love..I mean most of these remakes try their best but because we keep drawing in comparison we don't even get time to enjoy the show so as much as I watched and loved the original iam planning to watch this like a new show and I hope I like it...can't wait And I know the comparison is unavoidable but I love the cast and the trailer so iam so watching this...and I want too with no bias
So the issue is that those who watched the original are going to be super critical and have these high expectations but what they should put in mind or what we should put mind is that a remake can't meet all the expectations you set..and that's fine it just has to be decent enough to show respect to the original.
Meanwhile the ones who didn't watch the original are quite lucky you don't have to go through all the comparisons and critical watching you just going to enjoy the show...but at the same time put into consideration that there are specific frustrations those that watched the original will have and it's unavoidable and normal if this doesn't meet the expectations.
Also the fact that you watched the original and have set these expectations and you have all sort of bias towards the remake doesn't mean that you should troll even before you give the drama a chance to air...and it also doesnt mean that you are being forced into watching the remake.. because not watching is actually a way to avoid your high expectations to not be broken in any type of way.....
Personally I don't expect this to be better or like go all out at outdoing the remake...it just needs to be decent and good enough to show respect to the original that's it...

It's Soo good...like the stares they give each other are enough to make my heart flip..and when they both look away and smile...ahhhh I swear I thought best chemistry of the year atleast so far was going to be Here we meet again but these two have me on chokehold 😫❤️
My favourite type of chemistry is the chemistry where the leads don't have to do much to make me feel butterflies and excitement....and these two have that type of chemistry..it's so natural and cute and visible even when they are doing absolutely nothing....love them❤️😫
When I see Dooshik being so cute and doing all these acts of service from Mihyun and the way he's clumsy with her kinda reminds me of Bong Seok...there characters are such sweet hearts....😫❤️
I love this drama, i love the feeling of comfort it gives me, I love how it can be cute and then really emotional, I love how the leads relationship was built from being friends who are always there to each other and I love the sparks and tension those two give me even when they are just staring at each other...I love the story flow I love the non toxic bro sister relationship...I can say more but this drama deserves a higher rating..yes the subs are haywire but I don't think I mind anymore lol though I'll Definetly rewatch it on Viki after its subbed there...it's a cute and nice watch❤️
Okay 7.8 is a bit unfair in comparison to some dramas that are just as imperfect but have high ratings..this has its flaws but it also has its shining points
Not all idols can't act..I can name some that can..I'll judge for my self after seeing the first episodes...I've been in a major dark mood lately with my drama options so I hope this is as good as the trailer...plus I need to get myself familiar with the male lead before my anticipated drama THE SHADOW premiers and he is among the cast too
