male lead is cunning and sneaky but that doesn't mean he doesn't realise that what he's doing is wrong...I actually love how they show how his own actions are affecting him on an emotional basis but I need the female lead to be aware of his actions too for this whole game to be fair...and it's gonna happen soon Iam sure.
Male lead has always been morally grey....the point isn't to love or feel sorry for him but rather to be conflicted about him in addition to trying to understand him which also depends on whether you want too or not... personally I find his character interesting layered and complex....I don't support his actions but I can't deny the fact that's he's character stands out.
You can take the girl out of pent house but you can't take the pent house out of her....Yebin's character is reminding me of her character as Han eunbyul in pent house
Okay she stares at him with so much love and admiration it actually hurts considering she's going to recall and realise he's lying but for now Iam living in the moment....
I love how their chemistry is natural, their conversations flow naturally at times it doesn't feel acted.....
I love his interactions with his doctor bestfriend and how they tease eachother...the familiarity makes their chemistry even better....
Again I'd love to appreciate Zhang wanyi's acting.....I love how I can tell apart his two characters....he's got the goody side and then the serious mature side...
Wang Chu ran continues to handle her role with class and elegance....I love how she's mature, calm soft spoken...and smart which can be seen from her dialogue as well...
one blamed the other for her misery..even if it's not really her fault and Iam sure she knows...I guess blaming her makes her feel more willed to live as she has something to hold onto.....her back story is pretty detailed deep and emotional.
I must say I admire how Park juhyun uses subtle expressions but manages to leave an impact..she's a good actress indeed
The drama has the dark vibe I signed up for..the parents seem to have secrets and gosh they looked creepy today.....
Either this drama if off to a great start and I can't wait for more revelations.
This drama is something those first two episodes had my emotions all over the place and to be honest I feel conflicted..on one hand is a dad willing to sacrifice his principles to protect his son and on the other is a heart broken father willing to do anything to avenge his son's death...I don't want to take sides because both make so much sense.....
I love how morally conflicted all these characters are and Iam excited to see more of how the story unfolds...I just hope those ratings it with bias can just disappear and let us who are enjoying the series discuss and talk about it.....
First episode was good..it was a good introductory episode...I love ju Hyun subtle yet impactful acting...things are being our in place and I can't wait for more of how the story unfolds.....i don't understand the ratings either...for me the first episode is atleast an 8.5
