I'm on ep 11 right now but oh gosh, I really can't take the intensity. Such a good drama but the melodramatic…
prettyyy much why i'm backing away slowly even though it seems to be really good.

As you can see, the drama has been extended to 20 episodes. No episodes on 12th and 13th as they want more time…
oh! I didn't realize it was extended (or that it was just originally supposed to be 12/13 episodes! I'm not ready for it to be over!)

I just finished episode 6 and can someone pls tell me how long the EX-GF stays in the picture???? like does she…
I think she's slotted to become a permanent member of the household and while I am normally always anti ex-gfs and was ready to claw her eyes out for the way she treated Dong goo --- lets just say, Soo Ah eventually just stops being the ex-gf after she starts staying there. It seems weird and I'd just recommend you keep watching it but just know they aren't going to play her role the way they normally do in most kdramas (use her as a plot device to make dong goo waver or use her to make Yoon Ah jealous). She brings her own level of funny to the show (I know hard to believe) and you might just end up seeing her as part of the fam bam.

Review Jang Ok Jung
Your review reminded me of another character portrayed by Yoo Ah In - the infamous Yi Bang-Won of Six Flying Dragons.…
omg---I have that slated to watch and the main reason I'm holding off is because emotionally I need a break from Yoo Ah In if that makes sense. He's just that good and I know he tends to take those really layered characters which I presume is what happens in Six Dragons. I feel like it'll just suck me in and wreck havoc with my emotions. Add in Yoon Gyun Sang (who I hadn't realized was one of the actors in that show) then yea...I need to catch my breath and prepare for that show because I loved him in "Rebel" for the same reasons I loved Yoo Ah In in this. Thank you for sharing your thoughts and recommending it to me!

I started watching when it aired and dropped it when they grew up and changed actors. This is one drama where…
yup definitely. I was waiting for Kim Yoo-jung to finally get a lead role and i'm so happy she's at that age now. She's such a delight to watch.

I avoided this for the longest because of the criticisms about HGI... But I was craving a Sageuk and just watched…
hehe I hear you. I do adore the drama even though I'm one of those people who isn't 100% a fan of the way HGI portrayed Wol. I don't even think it's that she's necessarily a bad actress (I haven't seen her in anything else) but that the gap between her acting skills and everyone else's was a bit obvious. And you wanted the same emotional payoff you got with Kim Yoo-jung but it never quiet hit the same level. Regardless, I'm watching it again because overall it's enjoyable ^_^

epi 1 was pretty good :)
halfway through and feel the same. Ma-wang really grew on me though although at first I was like..is this guy trying too hard? ????that and I do enjoy watching lee seung gi. going to slowly try to watch the whole show bit by bit since it's my only seung-gi fix (also i have NO idea where this love for him came from all of a sudden since i've seen him before and was like hmmm okay cool nbd ????????‍♀️)

I dropped MSR but this drama has caught my attention with the second episode.
really? well i'll check out the second episode then. I couldn't get through the first but was thinking of going back after a few more episodes came out. you can never be too sure with the first episodes because they spend so much time setting everything up.

Same--I'm going to keep checking out the upcoming episodes to see if it gets better but my initial reaction was…
I'm hoping so too! I really liked the beginning and how he was so kickass. It seems like when he was younger he was so innocent and ready to believe in the goodness of people, especially his brother and now he seems to be worn down by life but also smart and strategic (not to mention a kickass fighter!) so I hope it's an entertaining battle of wits ^_^

this show seriously just snuck into my heart. i mean i was always watching it for the lightheartedness because there’s so many dark/moody dramas between late 2017 and now so this was a happy reprieve (even though I do admit those are good too). But now—it’s like i’m so attached to this quirky little family. I didn’t even think it would make me laugh out-loud BUT IT TOTALLY DOES. I already hope there’s going to be a second season only because I want to continue following this quirky little team and see how their lives unfold forever. ???? I think part of whole key to this show is how well casted it is and the chemistry between the characters. I can’t think of one character that doesn’t fit in well—I even like Dong-gu’s ex and I NEVER LIKE THE EX. Now she’s like a part of the family and I’m happy when I see her caring about someone. WHAT IS THIS MADNESS.

Title Grand Prince
I watched the 1st ep and so far It looks like a pale copy of Queen for seven days and it seems fairly predictable.…
Same--I'm going to keep checking out the upcoming episodes to see if it gets better but my initial reaction was lukewarm. YSY is normally a delight to watch although I haven't seen all of his dramas and thus far he's been the only highlight. Here's hoping that the next few episodes ramp things up and pulls us in!

The only remake from the list I've ever watched is Kaisi Yeh Yaariaan. Hana Yori Dango is one of my all time favorite…
I love bollywood movies but I've actually never watched their dramas--mostly because I've seen wayy too many aunties get addicted to all the drama (I'm one to talk with my kdrama love pfftt). HYD is one of my all time favorites too--with your feedback and that over 300 episode count I'm staying AWAYYYYYYY. ????
