My first...no...second japanese movie watched in the cinema. I love this movie. Most of the ppl who watched this movie think that the movie is lacking something. Its the speed that is lacking, but I love slow drama and movies. The story is heartwrenching, if you are also built near waters. The acting is very very very good. The kids and adults are doing a great job. The music fits very good and the theme by Ken Hirai is still one of my favs. Every year I watch this mvie again and will watch it again. Watch it if you are okey with the slow pace. I don't think its a waste of time. One of my favorite movies.
