Which of the 3 has good storyline and cp feel? I am currently searching for a drama to watch.
Love is panacea, focus more on romance. Rising with the wind focus more on business side. Only for love is balance but i dont really get all character and company relationship (rich Guan Family). The most draggy among those 3, is rising with the wind

Have you watched "the heart" from wetv. It is more serious but has a lot of scenes / hospital scenario. Not bad, just a little bit draggy and not enough romance
