At most this drama rating 7.5 / 10 for me. Lin Yi character so despicable, poor xiao ran. The focus also too wide on many patients life, not only on main characters. 38 episodes just too long, 30 episodes would be better. Although it is a happy ending for xiao ran, but a NO or lonely for Xiao Feng. Romance also not enough for me.
