At most this drama rating 7.5 / 10 for me. Lin Yi character so despicable, poor xiao ran. The focus also too wide on many patients life, not only on main characters. 38 episodes just too long, 30 episodes would be better. Although it is a happy ending for xiao ran, but a NO or lonely for Xiao Feng. Romance also not enough for me.

I feel pity more for Xiao Ran. Very nice and cheerful girl 🙁

I dont think fans will be happy with the development of romance both couples in ep 32...

Episode 23 very impossible. Is law in china that lenient ?? Patient can slap doctor and only have to stay in jail for 10 days ??? I dont believe law in china is like portrayed in this drama. Very bad image for hospital management and law !!!
