I agree there should be more weddings in GMMTV shows. Most of the time they jump straight into "we're married!" part like cooking crush and us. I want more weddings like The next morning which was amazing, one of the best I've seen so far.

The Air and Mission Love or Lies are nothing like this show. The Air is based on a novel so it will likely have good consistency and direction. Mission Love or Lies is a short 4 episode series, so it won't have time to go off the rails.

The trope is never the problem. Any trope can be amazing or terrible depending on the ability of the writers handling it. And it is purely coincidence that three about bodyguards will be released so closely together, but will likely not be similar in any other way.

Original scripts will always take longer because they don't have an existing story to base it on. But it doesn't mean that there will not be an announcement for the pairings in it in 2026 just because it hasn't aired yet. NTF is already heavily linked with Enemies with Benefits, for example

I haven't heard that rumor anywhere. Depending on the source, there may be some truth to it. I think 5 GLs for the 2026 announcement sounds about right though, that would be my guess too.
