That's not his English name it's more like a nickname by fans.even tho it's ok to use English name of the artist in this case it's differnt.and they use old pic of him along with nickname so it's bit weird

It's not speculation, its something repeatedly happened since his early dramas.to me personally even if they cut his scenes I'll still watch since I wanna see xu kai as shen run.but I also understand the point of the people who boycotting the drama

Because they literally make him wait until other actors shootings ends.he was there on set because they gave him the time but not only they waste his time by making him wait they also didn't respect him as an artist or person.and as I remember that producer post "lol" or something like that when xu kai fans pointed out how drama team treated him.so it it's hard to believe they'll give him proper screen time.

Their issue isn't about billing alone.they are questioning why they changed first billing when at the beginning it was just xu kai because that can also mean they cut his scenes ( they didn't even filmed his arc,making him wait for scenes while others filming,didn't shoot hid scenes until deadline is near and now doing equal billing which seems weird ). I don't think any xu Kai fan care about billing since that literally mean nothing to him-it never gives him proper screen time so it doesn't matter,it's about how they treat him.thats why they are boycotting

To get traffic.in c-ent its common to use actor with good fan base ( have decent number of fans ) to get investments,or to get free promo,or to promote junior artists . It's a common tactic but in xu kai's case it's worse because in most of his dramas they liquidity his character, heavily cut his scenes all the while having him as a first billing. So billing doesn't matter in his case honestly.what matter is if they treat his characters like a ml or not.for example in moonlit renuion his character have less screen time than supporting characters,they didn't even show his arc properly

And tbh I was wondering if that detail was neccassary. Can she have connection to the previous crime somehow or maybe she and songge is related my head was full of questions like this since it's fast paced drama and not a type of drama that show useless details.
