exactly, the chemistry is off the charts. too bad it’s a low script drama, otherwise it would’ve been a bomb. anyway, I still enjoy this a lot

I think so too. That will teach writers that throwing every cliche in there doesn’t work. or they actually made this drama for Netflix’s international fans (and we know they sometimes have lower taste) . Cause otherwise I can’t explain this nonsense

I couldn’t agree with you more. Your review is exactly on point. I’m glad I dropped it at ep. 4. I’m flabbergasted all the international fans seem to love it. why??? I don’t think it’s that well received back in Korea. Such a waste of these two actors. Zero chemistry and horrendous script. I’m wondering what they really think about it?

no way. this is the most overrated a overhyped drama I’ve seen on this app. and I’m the biggest fan of the main leads. but nope, doesn’t deserve the rating imo

she does. and she’s still at the top. No wonder she’s my favorite actress. But in this particular scene, her acting was forced. I agree with the OP on this, despite her being my favorite Korean actress. But of course opinions may differ

omgosh. I had the same exact feelings as you while watching that scene. it put me off so bad that I was shocked. her crying was so forced and so fake. I didn’t believe at all that she was that character in that moment or that she was sad.. 😐 And I had such high expectations that the angst will be good and well acted by both. I really hope it picks up. so far I’m very nervous ..

I 100% agree with everything you said. and I’m so frustrated because I love both actors so much and this was my most anticipated drama. but then again , I didn’t like Hometown Cha Cha Cha at all, and I think this is from the same writer or director 😥

I agree. It was the same for me. The second episode was very mediocre in my opinion.
