Generally no one really cares how fl treated ml unless she really crosses line but ml will get trashed if he doesn't put 200% efforts to woo FL and win her love.
In these types of storyline, i prefer slow burn situationship turned into relationship than this insta relationship. Yes their scenes are cute and all but it still somehow felt empty as i can't feel emotions btw them yet. I see absolutely zero reasons why they have to rush and make them as couple even before settling her core issues. Especially when she wants to deal things on her own way.

It doesn't matter. No need to shame her with her body count. This story isn't about that. So far writers didn't try to justify her actions, i doubt they will do in upcoming episodes too. It goes against the character arc they created.

I don't get writers intentions here. They highlighting FL pain more than ML pain which effecting ML character arc and makes him looks like a creep who takes "no" seriously.
Also, It's seems FL, 2ML becoming more comfortable with each other. If ML packs his bags and goes away, she will definitely fall for 2ML. He can openly pursue her too, as she confessed to him that she wants ML out of her life.
Some day FL, 2ML gonna meet again as friends, spend sometime at a bar and get drunk and have sex. Next day FL will say it's just a mistake. They will became deep thick besties. Repeat the cycle.
