i find him to be one of the most flawed and frustrating and just plain human characters ive ever seen on a show. he makes several mistakes but doesn’t just change immediately in an unrealistic way. to get to where we are with his character at the end of the show took a lot of time. i love him and how extremely human he is. he feels like a real person to me. so when I say i am a teh apologist i mean i have extreme empathy for him, do i agree with everything he’s done and think it’s okay? of course not. but i see his journey and i am protective of him. oh-aew has forgiven him and sees the change in him and where his heart is and so do I.
this got extremely long haha but that is my explanation.

it’s insane how good this show is. miles and away better than any other BL ive seen. like this show is true art and emotion AHHH.

yes exactly!! he is like the only character with any depth to him i feel like?? it’s like the reason i like him is because he’s done some not so good things. it’s interesting to explore and way better than watching all the other 1 dimension characters in the show. he’s genuinely the only thing about last ep that made it Barely tolerable bc it was such a bad ep.

does anyone else here actually like aey?? i think he is genuinely the only interesting part about the show now because the last two eps have been complete disappointments to me but his character is genuinely really interesting to watch. everything else turned really boring and just ????? strange?? they tried to do too many storylines and ended up with absolutely none of them being fleshed out. hugely disappointing and upsetting to me for a series that started out so great.
