I don't think I'll be if any help with a recommendation, you've seen everything I've seen! Thought I don't see I Hear Your Voice on your list! That drama is easily my favorite of the year.

Awww, but I'm glad you liked it! Now you will just have to find a new drama to take its place! Do you know what drama is airing in Good doctor's old slot? It might be something worth watching :) I finished Master's Sun last night, and I am pretty pleased with it! It was flawed, but I loved the characters enough to ignore the flaws. And everyone had the ending I wanted for them, so it was good! Any idea what you want to start now?

Hahah, yes I have a Texas twang :p it gets even worse if I talk to my grandma. I hardly ever notice it though, unless someone makes fun of the way I say something, or my overuse of "howdy" and "y'all".
Dolma is ridiculously good! Gyros are good, too! Have you ever tried baklava? I know it's not just Greek food, but I've only ever had it at a Greek restaurant or my Nana's recipe.
The secondary characters do get a bit more screen time as you go along. But what's better, they all get a portion of the finale to tie up their stories! A lot of times dramas just focus on the main couple in the finale. With Master's Sun we get like 10-15 minutes for each person :)

I didn't know it would have basketball in it, that's pretty neat! It's so funny though, my friend that watches dramas, y'all are on the same drama schedule :p when you watched missing You, she watched it, then Master's Sun and now she is watching Reply 1997!
No, I'm sorry for being so obscure! I have been making them so long for everyone i know, i forget that they aren't well-known. Dolma is a greek dish, it's a grape leaf stuffed with herbs, rice and ground beef. They are really easy to make, it's just time consuming to roll them, so I hardly ever make them. But his fiancé got some bad news earlier, so I wanted to take some comfort food to them :)

I just finished the last episode of Master's Sun! I won't spoil it for your but I will say I am feeling really good about the finale :) I think you will really love it all the way through :) and Gong Sil does get quite a bit prettier by the end!
I still haven't decided if Obstetrics is what I want to watch! I need to pick something though, cause I am rolling dolma for my brother and his fiancé tonight and I need a drama to get me through the next hour and a half :p hopefully something will catch my eye! I think Reply 997 is a good choice! Especially since Kang Woo is in it as the main lead and his character in Reply is awesome as heck :)

I got to the last 30 minutes of the finale of Master's Sun and Dramafever stopped working! Never have I been so mad :p
Haha, I don't know how much you will be excited when you hear which drama has caught my eye :p I am seriously considering starting Obstetrics and Gynecology Doctors, just because I am dying for more Song Joong Ki, and it has some really great reviews! What do you think about this one?
I still haven't finished the last two episodes, but Ireally hope the second leads get together! Tae Yi Ryung is so adorable in her mild stalking of Kang Woo :p
I think it's the color I don't like! It just looks a little funny. I hated his hair in Boys Over Flowers, too! I did like it in that one scene where he straightens it for Jan Di, and I was super disappointed that he went back to curls immediately. It was awful:p His hair in City Hunter is the best! Though, I really liked the long hair he had in Faith for some reason.
It has been so hectic these past couple of days, I haven't had time to watch the last two episodes of Master's Sun, but I finally got caught up on enough on the things I needed to get done this weekend that I am starting them now :)

I have a feeling Heirs is going to be pretty awesome! I haven't gotten too excited for it yet, though. I do know I hate Lee min Ho's hair in it! I'm sure I'll get used to it though :p
I think Reply 1997 is a good choice :) some of the jokes went over my head though, because it has a ton of Korean pop culture references from the 90s. But other than that's, it's great!
Keep me updated on how you're liking Master's Sun! I'm going to watch the finale here in a few minutes :)

I am glad you are liking Master's Sun so much! I am sorry you don't find her attractive :( but hopefully her acting makes up for it! I agree that their chemistry is phenomenal!
Reply 1997 is mostly romance! It's funny, too, but it is mostly about the relationships between the friends. Plenty of romance in it :)
Hahaha, I am glad you found who she was! I definitely didn't know :p I can't pick top three's it's too hard!! And it changes so often :p it seems like every new drama I start there is some pretty boy taking the number one spot, then I move on to another drama and it's somebody else! I have a fickle heart :p
I remember you telling me about Basketball! That's exciting that she is going to be in it, since you know you like her already. When does Basketball air?

No worries! I hope you did well on your test! Yes, the fiancé of the soccer player is the second female lead! I think she is super pretty, don't you? :) and her character is funny. I didn't find the lead male attractive til I started this drama! I know he is super popular, but I hadn't wanted to watch any of his dramas. The actor who plays Kang Woo, though, I find attractive! I fell in love with him in Reply 1997 :)
Let me know what you think of the movie after you watch it! I really want to see it, but I'm afraid of the ending :p
Lee Jong Suk is a ridiculously pretty man! And Kim Hyun Joong in the video for Breakdown is the finest specimen of male I've ever seen :p but Song Joong Ki just has this...energy?? I don't know how to describe what is so wonderful about him, but he is one of my favorites :)

Haha, you officially have me intrigued on Good Doctor! I am really hoping I like it, cause I really want to like that lead actor /since everyone and their mama has such nice things to say about him :p
I agree, the drama at the end does seen so pointless! But it's still enjoyable :) and yes, if Akumi is displeased, those Hong sisters better run for cover! :p

Exams are the worst! They get in the way of the important things, like drama watching :p I'm only marginally kidding! I hope you do well on your exam and have time to enjoy more MS. Even if Tae Gong Sil doesn't do it for you, the second lead female is super pretty! Or at least, I think so :p That might give you some eye candy, since she is in it quite a bit!
No, I haven't watched the finale yet! I'm dying to, but subs weren't up when I checked so I am just going to have to wait til after work tomorrow :(
I started the first few seconds of That Winter and stopped :p I don't know why I have such a block against starting that drama :p
I usually download stuff if its not on Viki or Dramafever, so streaming isn't something I'm super knowledgable about. However, I did find this link! I am on my phone so I can't tell if the videos work (stupid iPhones and no flash player!) but there are tons of comments on it that say it is a good video, so I hope this helps!!
I have been really wanting to watch it, cause Song Joong Ki is the prettiest guy I've ever seen! But, I heard it's sad, and I am such a baby :p

Hey chickadee!! How is school going? Still loving being away at college? It's good to hear from you :)
Man, 84 episodes! You're crazy :p but I know you can do it! Which one is it? One of these days you might just tempt me into throwing caution to the wind and starting one.
I liked Nine a lot! I just wish it had more romance in it, instead of being so heartbreaking for the lead couple all of the time! But goodness gracious, can that male lead act!!
I have been keeping an eye on Good Doctor! After you finish you'll have to tell me if it's a good ending! It will be my first medical drama :) I am glad he will have chemistry in it, because honestly after Level 7, I can't believe he would be a good romance actor at all!
I have seen the first 15 episodes of Master's Sun, and I love if! But I do agree with you! I had stopped in episode 10, too because I hated that he showed up with a fiancé! I wanted to punch him in his dumb face! But then it was just a ruse and I was so happy I was able to overlook the clichés that filled the remaining episodes. I am so happy the last episode airs tomorrow so I can finally see Joong Won and Gong Sil happy! And if they aren't, the writers better watch out, cause I'm pretty sure Akumi will get violent :p

Was the cliffhanger on 16 really bad? I might just wait til Friday to watch them both! I think I could probably watch stuff without subtitles and be OK, but I can't stand not knowing something. It's the same reason why I can't just skim boring parts of dramas, I am far too anal retentive to miss something :p
And that's exactly what it feels like, they just worm their way into your heart and then you can't even remembered how it happened, but you just know you need everything to work out for them or it will never be OK again :p Issues, we've got them!

My heart hurt so much through these last few episodes! This drama just came out of left field for me, I was so surprised with how much I just kept falling in love with the characters. The CEO aspect makes me think of Secret Garden, so did the beginning when Joong Won's uncle was plotting against him a little bit, and the whole amnesia thing. And how he told Gong Sil that he was just giving in to temporary infatuation and he would trust her to break things off.
I was really upset how quickly they killed that off, too! I mean, it was 15 whole episodes of Hee Joo being brought up, and then this dude shows up out of nowhere asking Gong Sil to go with him, and Hanna is captured with zero fanfare. It felt like the squandered the build up and it was so disappointing :(
My back is doing a lot better! I am always so stupid, I have done this to myself at least 15 times since I moved out of my parents. I get this insane bug to rearrange all of our furniture, but I never get it when Shawn's around :p And my grandfather built most of our furniture, so it is really heavy duty stuff! Like I said, stupid :p
EXACTLY! They shouldn't have been so ambitious with 20 episodes! And they definitely shouldn't have touted it as better than QIHM when the only similarity is the time travel. The romance was center stage in QIHM, in Nine it was nothing but angst and forced "incest".
Haha, I am glad you were able to enjoy FH2! It was entertaining enough, though incredibly schizophrenic :p
It's good that you finished, even if it is just to get it on your list so people will stop telling you to watch it! Have you watched all of the Hong Sisters dramas now?
If you do start it, you'll have to let me know how it is! I've been curious about it :)
Are you watching MS sans subtitles?

Ohhh! My bad :p My favorites from Missing You are Jung Woo, Soo Yeon and her mom, Jung Woo's partner and Mr. Kim. I had not seen his death coming at all! It was arguably the saddest part of the drama :(
Haha, camping alone?? Crazy :p Then you are going to have no problem with the rest of the ghosts! I wish I weren't such a scaredy cat :p
I've been looking at That Winter for a while now, since it has Song Hye Kyo in it, and I find her amazingly pretty and talented. But it's supposedly so sad! I might start the first episode tonight and see if it doesn't hook me :)
Haha, that's not a pairing I would have picked to be together, sports and dramas! The jocks I grew up with would have rather been caught dead than even watch American dramas, so it's refreshing to see that you like both :)
Tae Gong Sil does get prettier as the story goes along! The more time she spends with Joo Joong Won, the prettier she gets. She loses the bags under her eyes and her hair gets better. So far, she has not learned to dress better though :p And I get why she needs to wear flat shoes, since she runs away from ghosts so much, but man, I have never seen a kdrama character wear uglier shoes than Tae Gong Sil. The actress who plays her isn't necessarily super pretty on her own, I think the characters she plays are always so lovable :)
I hope you fall in love with the characters even though she isn't super pretty :) OH! I was rewatching episodes of it last night while I was cooking, and I saw an action scene that made me think of you! They are few and far between, but it's a good scene :) I think you may end up loving Kang Woo more than Joo Joong Won, though they are both pretty protective of Tae Gong Sil, so maybe not :p

I was trying to think of who my favorite characters are in Master's Sun, but they are all so good, it's hard to decide! I really love the main pair, they are so great together. And the second male lead is from Reply 1997, so it was a given that I would love him :p But the supporting cast is pretty great too! I think the only character I really dislike is Joo Joong Won's aunt, and even she isn't really so bad, just kind of annoying.
Haha, now I better pick something great for my next drama! I have no idea what I want to watch next, though I hope to pick something new tonight so that I can get my mind off waiting for the Master's Sun finale later this week :p
It has a tiny bit of action, but not a whole lot. The ghosts are pretty dang terrifying in the beginning, though! There is this one ghost that chases after her shoe, and oh my goodness, I had to turn all of the lights on in my apartment when she showed up. But I am a big chicken! You might not find them scary :p
It is EXACTLY like that! Joo Joong Won is the epitome of rich arrogance, and Tae Gong Sil is a very poor, shut in of a girl. It's so funny watching them together, they are so very different!
Oh! Do you play football as well as basketball?

YES!! I am so glad you ended up loving it! I knew you'd like this scene in the car when Harry has them attacked and I knew you'd love the scene in the warehouse where Jung Woo saves Soo Yeon! I agree with all of your hated/loved characters, except I would add Jung Woo's partner. He was such a funny character and I love that Jung Woo called him wife :)
I am all caught up on Master's Sun and cannot wait for the final episodes this week! I think the two leads have some amazing chemistry together and if unless the ending is just awful, I think it will definitely get a 10 rating from me :) keep me posted in how you are liking it!
