Miaka is the worst!! So whiny and irritating and clingy! And seriously, some of the dialogue was just awful :p but Tamahome more than made up for it :) and Hotohori and Chichiri and Tasuki and Nuriko :) it's actually one of my favorites even though logically I know it's not good. You're lucky you stopped when you did. The entire latter half of the show is one giant sob fest!! I haven't watched anime in probably a decade so all of my favorites are oldies.

Honestly, I don't see what everyone is complaining about! I absolutely could not stop watching Faith. It reminded me of this anime that I used to watch, Fushigi Yugi. And the chemistry between LMH and the doctor was just incredible in my opinion. There was only a few things I didn't like about the show, several of them you haven't gotten to yet. But one thing that bugged me was how loosely they explained the magic. It seemed more to me like they wanted to have a character with super hearing so that it was easy to eavesdrop on people and just half assed the magic around that! But other than that and a fee qualms about the ending, Faith was pretty perfect, at least for me :)

Thinking about it, I think I am even more excited to hear he wants to do something light, a la Personal Taste. It would be interesting to see him fret over regular dating, not necessarily who was trying kidnap or murder the love interest :p

I am so glad he sticks within his comfort zone! I was so worried when I saw he was going to be in a historical, cause I didn't think I could like it. But I ended up adoring it, and he was a huge part of why :) though, I'm still hoping LMH's next role will be more in the vein of City Hunter!

Isn't it interesting how even a short span of time can change your opinion like that? I actually had a similar experience with watching a jdrama before BBF, though I had just finished Yamato Nadeshiko Shichi Henge (forgive my poor spelling!) not the j version of BBF. That drama was so off the wall cheesy and over the top, that BBF seemed really serious and way, way hotter in comparison! And you know that has to be hard to do :p even if I live a million years, I will never forget Woo Bin's attempts at English! Seriously, that was just hilarious, and I can't even tell if that was what was intended :p

This was supposed to be a reply to a comment that got posted wrong :p you're right, Harry is Han Jung Woo's uncle, and Han Tae Joon's half brother :) someone was trying to figure out why Han Jung Woo said that he saw his mother in Harry's mother, and I was thinking it was cause he said that when he thought she was his aunt:)

Reason number 978 of why you shouldn't watch a drama that hasn't finished airing: you will end up loving it so much and then the dang jerks will decide to add more episodes prolonging the tortuous wait by two weeks :( I need the last 4 episodes now! Anyway, hope everything is great in your neck of the woods :)

That's really interesting! Though, it seems to me that their shows would garner higher ratings if they just would pay a little more attention to audio. I'd rather have a show that isn't as aesthetically pleasing in order to have something that didn't give me a headache trying to watch it.

I tried watching When Love Walked In, cause seriously, that synopsis sounds right up my alley. But it was so horrible with the dubbing, not to mention I could only find it with really poor image quality. I wonder if they ever release the original audio?

I have only watched up to episode 16, so if something in later episodes contradicts this, I apologize. But I vaguely remember Jung Woo saying that to either Soo Yeon or Ah Reum, but I think he thought that was his aunt at the time, no? I recall him saying that he didn't know what his mother looked like, so that's why he saw his mom in her? Also, Ah Reum said that Harry's mom looked a lot like Jung Woo, so I dunno, maybe they are related in some other way, too!

I will definitely have to check it ou! I've always wished that could get into tdramas and Chinese dramas, cause that would open up a much larger market of entertainment I could enjoy!

I have started several tdramas, and not once have I made it past the first 15 or 20 minutes. I wonder if it's like how much my boyfriend can't stand listening to kdramas, my distaste for the harshness of the language. Not to mention the dubbing. I cannot stand it when a person's lips and voice don't synch up. I think I could get used to the language if I could just make it through an episode or 2. Are there any tdramas out there with no dubbing?

I am in total awe of anyone who can speak more than one language, so you won't get any grammar complaints out of me! I definitely do like me some tomboys! For some reason, the whole girl posing as guy is such a fun theme to watch :p I see you haven't watched Kpop The ultimate Audition yet! I really enjoyed that one, though the ending was really rushed. It is very similar to You're Beautiful, but not quite as good. It has the lead guy in Missing You's brother, and he is adorable!

Howdy :) I see you're watching Missing You, too! I haven't had a chance to watch episode 17 yet, but isn't this drama so good? I started it on Wednesday intending to take my time time watching it so I wouldn't finish it before the last episode aired, but it was so addicting I ended up watching all 16 episodes in three days! All three of your favorite dramas are some of my favorites too :)

If I understand the machinations correctly, Harry's dad was Han Tae Joon's dad, so Harry and Han Tae Joon would be half brothers. So that would mean that Harry is Han Jung Woo's uncle. I could be totally wrong about that, but I remember Harry's mom saying that she gave birth to Han Tae Joon's father's son, which would make them half brothers.

Hopefully you are able to get some in :) I am looking forward to hearing more of your thoughts on My Princess!

His cameo in The Greatest Love was the best surprise :) I had just finished King2Hearts before starting it, so it made me super happy! Even more so how awesome their character's interaction was :)
