That statement is not made at bus station because his statement is in past tense. It should be in present tense if it is made at bus station.

I think After today's episode there will be a time jump, so that statement was made in future, may be 2 or 3 years in future where he is saying that " that was my last moment with Su-yeong" means since those 2 or 3 years he has not seen Su- young. It doesn't means that he is not going to meet her in future . So my prediction is they will meet again.
