Beyond the Visuals, the Plot Is Truly Exciting
After reaching episode 13, this drama has completely hooked me it gets even more thrilling from that point on. Although the story has slightly changed from the original novel, I actually think the drama’s version is much better. Ji Bozai’s character is portrayed in a more positive light compared to the novel, and I really love his development. The acting from all the cast members is excellent, and the OST sung by the actors themselves is also amazing. The CGI and filming locations are visually stunning, adding even more charm to the show. I highly recommend watching this drama; I’m already planning to rewatch it in the future. It has definitely become one of my favorite chinese dramas of the year.
