lol that's why I said I still find him annoying in some way, but for this recent case, in a way I just see him in better light than most people do, I think? Of course, his persistency and manipulation towards her just so they can spend time together was still unnecessary, but like some people have mentioned, without his character the plot won't move anywhere and the relationship between Ji Ho and Sang Eun would've stayed passive as it was for the past 5 years. In no way am I excusing his behavior lol, but I kinda see his importance for the drama to move forward and cause conflict

I already said I'm ready for shts getting messy since the whole contract thing with two guys are bound for that anyway; esp with Kang Hae Jin being a superstar and all....but damn this is another level of messiness! And the fact that these all happened after they get together, which then prevent them to even have one proper date together like NOOO

Despite the messiness, I'm intrigued. I still have a lil annoyance towards Hae Jin's clinginess at times, but I can see he didn't intend to make use of their family connection to get Sang Eun, and he's even ready to do what he hates just so he can protect her from what she hates most-- being used by Ina Group. The fact that he can't even bring himself to let her know bcs he knows she will get hurt, and he want to settle it on his own actually made me think he is not that bad of a guy. But of course, their biggest mistake is having that damn talk outside when they already know like he is a freaking superstar!

Ji Eun is annoying asf. I can't believe someone can be so narcissistic and thinking the world revolves around her; and she's exactly that.

On the other hand, Gwang Nam and Jung Hwan is adorable, I ship. Please give me more of them

as far as the two episodes shown, he will have his own backstory and struggle

IKR?? The length is the reason why I chose to watch this while airing instead of binging bcs dang with this length I cannot survive binging this show

They really said "let's go for few diff annoying cliches in a span of two episodes just so we can make the viewers feel furious" like wtf? The ex-gf is NOT it at allll they could've go for another route to make the main couple have a conflict whatsoever! Here I am thinking they will get together by this week, then next week will maybe be some relationship problem related to LDR or whatnot, like theres soooo many things they can go for but they chose, an annoying ex gf cb.... aha

Also, how tf is Ja Young saying Min is "too good"??? The only thing I see from that woman is a manipulative person who act kind just so she can get things her way like ughhh

And THAT BARN SCENE! It was suchhh a perfect setup, dialogue and buildup that could've lead to a kiss but they missed it and even made the ex be the one to kiss him first like GTFO

Righttt Ji Yul be minding his own business then Sang Hyun all of a sudden attack him and being so defensive over something Ji Yul never even do lmao

And the fact that Lim Dong Hee is the one to first notice Dae Ryuk has psychological issues and not Ma Eum who have been with him the most is just sooo infuriating... I thought Ma Eum is just looking for the right moment to talk it out with Dae Ryuk but I was wrong and all the characters just turned out to be ignorant asf as long as the webtoon still goes on 💀 Or mental health issue just don't freaking exist in that world bruh

I know they are not gonna address SDR's issue really well bcs they have been ignoring his problem for so many episodes, but what they just did in ep 14 is just sooo wrong in so many way and it's even worse than what I expected

HUH? EXCUSE ME TF DID I JUST WATCH AND WITNESS?? I am so sick of dramas creating a childhood trauma, only to shrug it off as a misunderstanding. Yeah of course, let's all collectively victim blame that poor child who got chained by his mother and traumatized for life for it. Yeah let's sympathized with the freaking ABUSER instead bcs oh guys it's actually just a misunderstanding and the abuser is actually a loving mother aha surprise surprise!

Truth be told, so many negative comments that this drama got yet I still enjoy it every week, except for the fact that they constantly ignore Dae Ryuk's desperate need of therapy. But after this episode, I am baffled, bcs wtf just happened on ep 14 cannot possibly really happened. Like tf? You cannot just create a mentally unstable character who had many breakdown and panic attacks thru out the drama, then shrug it off in just one episode by claiming that it was all actually just a misunderstanding. GTFO

Also, I am also at loss of words on what Ji Hyung said, to quote "Getting involved in personal matters will be risky for us", like sir? Do I have to remind you how Ma Eum literally searched for Gang Nam's girlfriend all over the city just bcs she ran away? WTF is that if not a personal matter?? So searching for the gf is okay, but suggesting a freaking therapy for the sake of the mental health of the artist is a no no? Make it make sense!

I agree with the point abt Dae Ryuk's state, like that guy need a therapy and psychologist's examination like he showed so many signs of unstable mental... In order to debut I believe they should've focus more on his health first and foremost but as of now they keep shrugging it off even when they saw how weird he act multiple times already

Yeah with this point I kind of agree, when other people sometimes did a bit too much to "take care" of Young woo, him on the other hand are always full of jealousy and anger for her talent bcs he felt threatened

Righttt I would have prefer he never change instead of this abrupt change that is not even clear enough, especially when all those happy moments together also involves him... When the drama showed him smiling at YW too on their last eating scene together I was like bruh go away xD Honestly his story and development doesn't make any sense lol

His redemption arc literally came out of nowhere and he never even said sorry to Young Woo

Honestly I am enjoying the little hint of romance here and there lol, especially the fact that Ma Eum act more like the guy in the relationship more than Joon Young XD But if they decide on Joon Young x Ma Eum I just wish they won't make Ji Hyung looks pathetic (or vice versa if it end ups JH is actually the ML lol)

Anyways, they showed us why Kwon PD is the way he is but honestly, fck that backstory lol. He is still annoying and irritating and have no empathy towards others when clearly, he works with a freaking human being who also have feelings like him. So what if you had a bad past bcs of you being enthusiastic? That doesn't mean you can ruin other's dream and vision as well just bcs yours are already destroyed bruh

This is why I rarely like any redemption arc or the backstory that want to show the villain isn't as bad as they are bcs most of the time it either gonna be shallow or doesn't even make sense lol

I know but before this week we never knew he has an ex-wife so if the writer would have decide for him instead of Min Woo maybe just by showing he already moved on or finally decide to try another relationship with So Yeon etc

Some people really can't accept that some of us are disliking the 2 new episodes like if you guys are liking where the story is going then okay good for you....

But this drama has been so great till this week when it finally succumb for so many cliches and weak plot. And if we're disappointed by it doesn't mean we are just looking out for the mistakes and nitpicking a great drama. But it's bcs this drama has been so good and our expectation for it exceed the other typical drama, and that is also what made the disappointment even bigger
