Title Come and Hug Me Spoiler
i think hyun moo (older bro) is one of the strongest characters.

the physical and mental abuse he recieves from the dad from childhood up until literally like a week ago in jail shows why hes the way he is. the scene where hes getting the shit kicked out of him and the dad tells him to go again is insane. to have a father figure like that and still need his approval, while his approval is going to ur younger brother who hates the him is probably infuriating.

still you see his eyes swayed by his siblings and the mom. great writing and mad props to the actor.

i don't understand how ppl rate a drama that's not even finished yet.
ur acting like its a permanent vote for an election or some shit. u can change it anytime. its to give ppl who havent seen it a general consensus

Oh, that father is physically strong but as u said, he HAS mental issues which makes him a total weakling. He…
oh u meant like weak as in strength i thought you meant weak as in a boring or poorly written character haha never mind then
Badass Bunny Jun 23, 2018
i would argue the serial killer dad is a strong character. his acting and presence is just scary by itself . that dog scene early on with the kids was chillingly creepy and he didnt even do anything. I also like how besides the fact that he probably has mental issues, i really dont get his motivations which makes me more interested. last reason i think hes strong is that he has a twisted love and affection for nam moo which really adds depth to their relationship in a dark way.

ur right about nakwons brother hes a little boring. but the worst character is that reporter, besides just being a piece of shit, i cant wrap my head around what the hell she even wants out of this.

lol yeah thats my two cents

I think it is the trauma of the situation. I think he felt so guilty about what actually happened to his brother…
oh yeah switching the roles makes more sense nice catch

Mi soo was there she was just young so she doesn't remember the boys name. not distorted just hazy from time.

what bothers me with this drama - don't get me wrong i love it! - is the fact it's all dark, but too dark and…
i like that about this show because it seems like they are really focusing in on the central story. to me i take that as they have a story lined up right to the end. no waste fillers

I never wanna watch the new episode because the reporter literally has my blood boiling. I freaking hate her so…
i really dont hate hyun moo at all. this episode is alluding to the fact that he hasn't been the one killing people. as far im concerned he's a messed up kid who will do anything to get the love from his dad that he never got. its really good writing honestly.

also yeah i would drop kick that reporter 100 yards out
On Come and Hug Me Jun 17, 2018
this is one of the best dramas (so far) I've seen in terms of writing, acting, romance, suspense and hell, even psychology. and it's not even top 5 on this site right now. straight nonsense.

Out of all the dramas I’ve watched I think this is the first time I cannot agree with people dropping this and…
Thank you, i really like this show. I swear people are afraid to slow down nowadays. Everything has to be fast paced and quick.

jeez the leads scenes together are thick with tension. the young dude actor is amazing. side note: just the sight of that reporter woman makes me so unreasonably angry its insane side side note: my god theres no next episode i have to go into a coma til next week

this show is really weird but i think thats its appeal. also the characters aren't that predictable which usually is the problem with shows like these. i like that poong cares about his freindship with chilsoeng. i like the banter and chemistry between poong and sae woo and i geniunely like and feel bad for chil soeng. i understand why people don't like this show but I think its a solid 8 rn

While I love this one, I want to be objective as well, am trying to give credits when the credits is due & not…
The actress thing is subjective, i think she is doing good but you are entitled to your own opinion. More important for me, I think the pacing is perfect. Its honestly a laid back thriller as weird as it sounds. It takes place at at time where the dad is already locked up and has been for a long time. It makes this a unique drama about the ripple effect on the people surrounding a murderer after the fact without a real threat or problem in the present. If they speed up the pace too much now I promise you the last half of the drama will get dragged out and boring.
