I dropped it and didn’t watched the last 2 ep. it is now confirmed he encouraged the abortion and promised marriage after it however he broke up and left the girl. He also admitted on backstabbing his colleagues and other things his ex told about him.
We’re not expecting all celebrities to be perfect. However, they should be atleast decent and humane. This is not only required to celebrities but to everyone. Be kind, be respectful, and really, just be decent.
I loved it! Toma Ikuta really aged well haha. I still remember how much i have strong 2nd lead syndrome for him in Hana Kimi like it was just yesterday… it feels surreal seeing his facial lines and how he mature whenever there’s a close up shot of him. Nevertheless, aging only brought a new light to his talent in acting. And his wife in this series is one of my most hated villain in jdorama from Bloody Monday hahahaha.
So nice to see veteran actors doing something out of their niche. 🥰 i enjoyed it a lot 🥰

They skipped the in dept character background of Sudo and the opponent of Taichi in the final game. That guy has some ill moments with Taichi when they were in elementary. Sudo is too thin here. He looks adorable and more S in the anime version.
Mone (kana) is soooooo cute here. She stole the show for me hahaha. Whenever she is the screen, I can’t help but say “kawaaaiiii” haha. Mone is really a good actress, i cant see her usual self here and all i can see is Kana
And Komano was made otoman (feminine boy) here. She is manly and nerdy in the anime/manga. Im glad they showed his chara-dev.
And Taichi, as usual is being ikemen. I. Love. Him.

I finish this while cringing and totally irritated to the fl. Her first mistake was tolerable, but she still hasn’t grown and made a very stupid mistake again. Her initial set up of being a strong and intelligent fl suddenly just flew out of the window. From half to end, it was just disaster!!
Specially how they executed the ending! Mot realistic at all! Its soooo irritating. Add to that that his ex bf is beyond irritating as well. That actor always plays a fuckboy and he just adds fuel to the fire hahaha
The only saving grave from this is i like Mirei as usual and the lead guy is cute. Its bcoz its Mirei that i was able to finish this siiigh

I enjoyed it a lot! Watched when it was still on going series in netflix so just 2 ep per week is enough for it to be light and entertaining. Plus I discovered Ja Sung here. And of course, watched it bcoz of ji hyo hehe
i enjoyed it. maybe bcoz im nearing my 30s and can somehow relate to ML and FL careers' struggle. I love the father and son and son father relationship too.
though indeed, i have to agree with the anticlimactic ending. maybe 1 more ep could have make it better
