what does the producer being bankrupt has to do with anything? series are produced by a studio that's where the funds come from, the producer manages the producing side of things. you can even look up the definition of what producer of an industry does.

Enlighten me how he’s wooden? You’re asking him to be more outgoing for a character who’s supposed to be reserved and timid? I’m not sure you understand how acting works. Xu Kai conveys those emotions very good. I think a lot of people think being obnoxious or etc means good acting. It doesn’t.

So, technically he went into a 3 months coma, and it hints that the herb demon plant was the one that helped, that's when his eyes opened. and correct, the pregnancy scene, was like a marvel credit scene, it happens after the credits roll, which equals to the happy ending.

episode 38 is a tear jerker, so bring a tissue box. all i gotta say is xu kai & tian xi wei deserve some kind of award for their performance in episode 38. their ability to cry is top notch. are there golden globes or oscars in china? they'd win!

someone spoil it for me, in the book, how does he save her from the core? does he absorb it himself? i feel a sacrifice coming, i mean the series could stray from the novel. but just curious. thank you.

clearly, he jumped all the way up that's not realistic. can't say it's realistic, when a human shouldn't be able to jump that high. you do see the hypocrisy in your statement right? you can't pick and choose what is logical.

I'm currently watching the drama, don't read this if you don't want some spoilers. i think the acting by all actors are great, xu kai, and tian xi wei has charm, and work well together, with great chemistry in my opinion. i do like the stories, one minor complain is the plot armor & plot driven points, it waters down the characters. for example, xu kai is supposed to be a powerful celestial master, but he couldn't tell the bone relic he had was fake. he flew down the tall building to save wu zhen and hurt his knees, he has the ability to fly/float, shouldn't stop him from landing. wu zhen cat lord, caught in a fire, and fell ill. again, these are plot armor to serve a purpose, i find it damaging the characters, i understand why, but it could've been executed differently and better. but overall, i really like the series. not perfect, but definitely a great watch so far.

I'm sad, I can't watch this in the US, because it's not available in the US yet.

again, people don't understand. he's not willing to give up his surname that would be an insult to the li clan, which is filial like he stated to the general. unloyal or not has nothing to do with it, clearly li ni's character is his uprighteous and his loyalty to his blood line. which makes him who he is. if he was a shady person then he wouldn't be the character he was written to be.

clearly you're not understanding, liu cheng feng is obviously a villain, in history men have started war over a woman which is a normal thing. and why is it non-sensical, understand that to protect his daughter he had to lie. the more people know the less of a secret that is.
