Nah, she couldn't remember her past at first because she time traveled from the future into the recently dead Feng Wu's body. The drama never mentioned who she was or where she was from (only that she isn't Feng Wu, because the true Feng Wu was killed in Ep 1), but it said so on Baidu's synopsis.

The funniest thing is that although the drama never revealed who she was, the synopsis on Baidu mentioned (in one sentence) that she was a Medical School student from recent years (yet they've never bothered to add that into the drama).
