Wow! Even though it was a bittersweet ending, l liked it a lot!
i don't think the Ending is bittersweet, The FL and ML handle and ended their relationship maturely. as the other title says "More than a Friend, less than a Lover". im glad for the FL she able to have courage to leave her loser husband and start a new life.
