Watched this for the plot and ended up falling for Suda Masaki... He's now one of my faves and so is this drama!! Loved the message it conveyed, super bingeable and interesting with really good character development, gave it a 9/10
At first I wasn't a fan of the whole hostage situation but it slowly grew on me because unlike other dramas, this one focusses on one thing, one time, one experience, without making the story messy and complicated, it plays out really well
you were the most recent online thus asking. the plot seemed really intriguing , just wanna know this doesnt end…
I'm pretty biased because I didn't enjoy this, it had good-ish moments but nothing really happens and in the end I felt so unsatisfied - that's just my opinion though, you may enjoy it so I won't stop you from watching! There isn't any romance so don't worry :)
I should have read the reviews and comments before starting this, I went in thinking it would be about the plot and process of finding out the killer which is typically fast paced and exciting but this is the complete opposite, focussing more on the characters and being really slow paced. The genre is right up my alley, something I thoroughly enjoy, but I'm not sure if I can finish this one sadly. I don't want to put this on hold because each episode includes a lot of information that I won't remember when picking it up again in the future, but I don't know if I want to dedicate another 10 hours to watching this.
Does the plot get more exciting and thrilling or is the pace the same throughout?
