My overall final rating for this is 7.5/10, not because any of it was particularly bad, it's mostly just based on how entertaining I found it and how much I enjoyed watching it. ^^ The chemistry was good, especially shining during the last episode (definitely my favourite ep), my heart felt so full and I lowkey teared up, I'm gonna miss them so much! 🥺
Hands down my favourite remake! I love the characters - especially how they gave a backstory to Thyme early on so that viewers could have some sort of sympathy for him as well as Gorya being strong and smart and, in my opinion, the most likeable female lead amongst all the adaptations. Amazing article, very thorough and interesting, really enjoyed reading!!
I had heard this was good from people mentioning it on feeds but I wasn't expecting it to be this good! This has honestly changed my whole perspective on modern c-dramas (originally thinking of them as light and fluffy and a bit cringe probs bc I've only seen romance) and I now know for sure that I’ll be watching a lot more in the future. I haven't fully ventured the time loop tag but this is so fun and refreshing to watch. I LOVE the fast pace interesting plot as well as the amazing acting/cast and chemistry. This has definitely become a favourite of mine. Highly recommend!! 9/10 quality so far, incredible!
Binged the first 6 episodes on Viki but the others aren't out yet and it's too good I can't wait for them to be released I'm gonna have to watch the rest on dramacool
I had low expectations so I wasn't expecting to enjoy this as much as I did. I always find that Chinese historical's are too long and repetitive for my liking so I really enjoyed the fast paced short episodes, the story was interesting and concluded smoothly with everything coming together well, the chemistry between leads was sweet, and not to mention the beautiful visuals from looks to costumes to cinematography to the stunning posters (considering the - likely - low budget). Although the vertical camera was a bit unusual at first, it grew on me and didn't bother me too much, if you don't mind sitting through 4 short hours of it then I totally recommend giving this a chance! What a cute little gem (perfect itty bitty time taker upper), 8/10
I've only seen F4 Thailand. I've had To Fly With You on my ptw for a while but might watch Skate Into Love instead after reading your little review. And I'll probably watch The Door into Summer because it has Kento Yamazaki in it (even if it's not particularly good lol). + considering you rated Rainless Love in a Godless Land a 10, I'll make sure to check it out!
Ohh I've heard of Forever Love, I'll add it to my ptw, thanks for the rec :)
Yess I love him <3 Okay, thanks again haha I'll add that to ptw ^^
