I might be completely wrong when saying this, but I have a feeling that everyone (excluding Elijah) around Yo Han and Ga On are against them and don't actually support them - like Jung Ho and Soo Hyun seem suspicious to me sometimes... I don't know if it's just Park Gyu Young's acting or actually part of the role she's playing here, but I don't feel any real chemistry between her and Ga On, maybe that's on purpose, faking it? Cause both her and Jung Ho don't like Yo Han and always want Ga On to find out stuff about him.. Otherwise I don't really see a point to her character, maybe that's just me. I'm probably overthinking it all ahah
