Im not “expecting complete reality” its a BL show after all but what I expect is they choose a proper style/presentation of these protests/societal issues as it instead came off as superficial and tone deaf.
I know damn well what a protest is and how protestors use songs in them as I come from a war torn country so dont try to “educate” me on this matter as Im not ignorant about it. All I pertained to with my post is that the way the show went on about it was wrong stylistically that is.

The constant playing of the background music…happened one scene after the other it was so annoying and as you said it didnt fit the setting at all and also was drowning out some of the dialogue sometimes🤦🏻♀️ What pissed me off the most was the constant shift ups in the background music as well especially when something “bad” is about to happen…like where is the subtle build up and suspense…such an outdated style.
