My idea of the ending:

They could've done the story in a few lesser eps and then show the joseons reincarnate to the present world. This would make sense if chef was actually the reincarnation of the queen and the king gets reincarnated and they date. Happy ending. My idea of happy ending tho.

I just casually wanted to watch it. not a big fan of NCT or any cast. the synopsis sounds promising and I hope they'll broadcast it anyway. as for the FL's controversy, my opinion is that, she has nothing to hide if she is innocent. if she is guilty, she obvio should address it instead of being hush hush about the entire thing and continue her work. also in an article I read, the one who actually or claims to be a victim doesn't have any right to stop the actress from continuing her career. an apology or any legal method of solving should do it.

you can watch The Pirates movie if you haven't. she played a supporting role tho, but you'll like it I hope.
