1. This ep was not draggy. 2. Writing is actually good and idk where on earth you see no logic. 3. The leads frikin have the "charms of characters" as you call it. Song joong ki's acting makes me forget his soldier role in DOTS. 4. I'm cracking up atleast every 10 min, idk why the comedy is off for you. And FL's acting is good. Girl if you hate it so much, you can drop it. You don't have to watch something you don't like. Or atleast try to like it? It's worth it. If you want to kill boredom and you really can't like this drama at all, there's a wide range of dramas for you to watch, go ahead.

I highly disagree. I can't understand which part of her acting you find awkward because all the examples you gave are not awkward at all. I don't know if you are biased against the FL but her acting is actually very good. And we are not overrating anything here, the drama deserves the hype it has now. And what do you mean Song Joong Ki doens't fit the role? He portrays his Italian character perfectly.
Chinese dramas have a knack for announcing the release date very shortly before the drama actually premieres so I won't be surprised even if it airs tomorrow lol. Jokes apart, I really love that chinese-period dramas are of <40 eps that makes me motivated to start and easy to keep watching.
So I added the dramas to my PTW and I have a doubt... Joy of life is a trilogy right, should we wait a looong time for the other 2 seasons to air? Also, does the first season have a clear ending or cliffhanger??
