1. I just want to support the artists. Giving $18 for me is worth it considering how they put the entire series for free on YT

Also they already hinted at ep 3 when the fable said “the naga disguised as a man when she sees the garuda prince” so yeah….

I’m not sure if the novel explains why, but from ep 8 we can see that the change of form is inspired by the story of the naga who comes down to earth and turned into a man to ordain as a monk. Since they slip that fable (Wansarut telling the story to Phaya), I figure Wansarut was inspired by that naga story hence why she transformed as a man. The explanation is a bit unclear but if you see the other elements of the story then you can figure out why Wansarut changed form into a man. They could have added a scene where first it was Freen then she shifted as Babe for better explanation though. Some audience are not good at reading between the lines and need straightforward explanation.
As for pronoun I’m not sure why people are confused? It’s a bit surprising considering pronoun is a normal thing now? I actually like how they keep the she/her pronoun despite wansarut changing form to a man. Feels like a gender fluid concept to me.
