Getting divorce, especially her being a public figure is enough to damage her reputation, career, life. She needs at least a year or two to recuperate. It is also damaging emotionally so she has every right to ask for compensation.

We do not "suddenly" support Hye Ryung. I supported her from the very start! And wow for twisting the story. She did not want to have children AT FIRST and then later/recently found out she couldn't have any. Why bother showing the pregnancy test sticks (yes sticks because she tested at least or more than 2 times) and her looking defeated everytime it came out negative when she knew from the start that she had a problem like you have stated!
IMO, you can't call it deception! Her ex husband's side wanted the divorce and she just gave them what they want. She does have every right to ask for what she wants. I would do the same, my aunt agreed with this. She's entitled to alot more since it was his husband who wronged her!
