for me , maybe mr.gu wanted mi jeong to be angry to him and curse at him for his sudden notice of leaving, at least with mi jeong cursing, he would accept it and feels not that miserable 'at least i got some curse' and move on with that feeling of sorry, cause i also felt that mr gu is ready to go into 'that world' leaving 'this world' but still reluctant leaving mi jeong, also angry means that she have affection for not letting mr gu leave(?) maybe mr gu want mi jeong to at least curse and at least telling him not to leave.. but she did said that she is sad about it... yea, just guessing... hope it gives you an answer , cause for me everyone can interpret it differently, thats what i like about this drama tho haha
