My thinking is that Jina 's mom is no loving / caring mom either - (Just like When the phone rings FL's mom). An egotistical opportunist. I think their (Dodo group? (Dodo? - what a name)) is in trouble and she is facilitating this union so they can be saved. I don't think Gina knows completely about it yet and mom / dad (non existent) told her about it . Why would a rich company's heiress work for another company - a competing one at that. That is my thinking. What do you guys think?

If you look at it, both leads don't have families - ML is just a brought in by the grandfather for the rust to not be found out. FL - still has a father who is loving ; but the mother is not her family anymore - since she married. Most mothers are caring towards their own kin, but not FL mom - she is just an opportunist to save her own skin.

Gold Mask is a horrible drama. Rinse and repeat. Got so tired of it. I only liked the last 2 episodes where the chairwoman drops dead.

i like both versions. The teen version is young and fresh and the adult version is mature and childish at the same time. They know they have liked each other and hearing otherwise makes them go cuckoo about the issue. We have seen the adults exhibit immaturity since they separated out because of a misunderstanding and a SHE DEMON.

I do agree with you. But if Gina is smart (I mean that!🤣😏) she should register their marriage and keep it quiet. Otherwise, neither Gina's mom, nor Mingi 's dad are going to allow that. I am sure chairman will have a shock about Gina and Mingi dating for 3 years and Dansu knowing about it. But there would be no drama at all and the mothers cannot fight about it. So, probably will not happen.
