Also, I think Zhou wan did that intentionally to not be kicked out of the party and to make sure she lets her "mom" know about the insurance money that she owes them. I think since "mom " is not married into the family yet, calling LXX a "Brother" would be ludicrous. But it is a drama........ and they have to get people angered and talk about it.
